Rebound Rehabilitation - Westside

I must say I enjoyed going to Rebound Rehabilitation! The Therapists there make you feel very comfortable. They spend time listening to you instead of telling you what they think. The feeling I get out of my visits is they really want to get you back to normal and making money is not prioritized! The location and facility is comfortable easy to access and clean. I would recommend everyone to use Rebound Rehabilitation absolutely. Oh and the scheduling is easy with no problems

I've always Hated going to physical therapy. But not this time. This is my first time using Rebound and so far, I actually enjoy going. I love the setting, it's smaller and far more welcoming. They ALL care about Every Person that comes in there. I have seen them all rotate around checking on each other's patient. That's nice to see. It shows compassion, which is rare in the world we live in today. Art is my Therapist and he is a very kind person. I look forward to our chats while I'm doing my exercises. He's an old soul, just like myself. They are all just wonderful people. I just love Rebound and all that they are....GREAT!!🧡🧡

The woman with the dark hair and glasses was filled with attitude beyond comprehension. I walked in and tried to get assistance and she continued her conversation as though I wasn't there. .. I am happy it was to the correct location. Same address but different suite number for the rehabilitation center I was recommended to... I honestly think the staff at the reception forgot she was actually at work.

The staff were very polite and patient. With school just starting and normal happenings my schedule has been unpredictable. Every reschedule has been problem free. The doctor was very knowledgeable and understood and answers for all my symptoms. All around great experience.

They are the most caring knowledge professionals . They worked hard to get me back to health after my car accident. They listen to my concerns and modified plan of care to optimize my recovery!! The place is clean and they sanitize all surfaces between each client use. Art Eshaun ,lindsey and the crew are the best!! I highly recommend them !!

First visit to the office. Staff very polite. Office smells good. Very clean. Staff are personable with the patients. They take the patients health seriously. They disinfect the equipment after usage. Overall awesome office

This physical therapy place is Awesome Lindsey will work with you on your appointments and she's super nice and Mr. Art is one of the best Physical therapist I've ever had. Also every body there is very nice and accommodating!!!

Inefficiency is the bane of my existence. I spent days filling out paperwork thoroughly, sent it along with all the imaging, treatments and appointment notes over the last 25 years, and 2 states worth, only to be told no they didn't have them. I have an email that says, thank you for filling the paperwork out even. I started my correspondence with, I don't need a referral. I literally picked out my insurance based on no referral needed. And she huffed and puffed while calling them. Update; I highly recommend River City South East Orthopedics for PT 🫶 amazing.
