Rebound Physical Therapy

The staff at Rebound Physical Therapy are very courteous. I have been seen by Chris for several injuries all different over a 10 year span. Each time I see him he helps me get better and answers all my questions. He is very friendly and personable, traits you do not find in too many professionals these days. What can I say, when I need to be seen by a physical therapist I know exactly where I can get help...Rebound.

I have used Rebound Physical Therapy many times over the years. Most recently I used them after both of my total knee replacements. I spent 8 months exercising and strengthening my body after the knee replacements. Chris took excellent care of me during this time both selecting and adapting different exercises during my recovery as my strength and flexibility improved. Chris is a very pleasant person to be around and talk with. We engaged in many conversations during our one on one time regarding the things we both share an interest in. The office staff was always very accommodating and eager to help me even when I had to change several of my appointments due to conflicts etc. All of the PT techs were very attentive and professional in their treatment of me as well. I knew every exercise I needed to do every day but they still made sure I did all of them and I did all of them correctly. Tarin, Alex, Caesar, Allena, Ryan, and all the rest (I apologize if I left anyone off) took excellent care of me. Each of them will all become excellent physical therapists in the future. And if they are pursing something else in the medical field I know they will be well prepared because of their experience here at Rebound Physical Therapy. Even though he wasn't my physical therapist I also interacted with Rolando whenever I was there. He too is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and I enjoyed talking to him about his philosophy regarding physical therapy and the whole body approach to personal health and fitness. The equipment was in great condition and in good working order. During the COVID pandemic they made certain to clean everything every time anyone finished with a piece of equipment. I don't know what else I can add to the review to convince you what a great place Rebound Physical Therapy but I won't consider going anywhere else.

Great people!!! They really care about their clients and listen to the needs of the client. They truly do not worry or give the impression that their services are about the money in their pocket. When calling to set up my initial appointment they immediately indicated they are not contracted with my insurance carrier. I am on a POS plan which means I can go to any provider that will take me. The person I spoke to was adamant that they are not contracted and would not see me. I work for the insurance company so I know all they had to do was call and verify I have coverage at their office. But attitude was so bad that I decided to just move on. Found Nielsen physical therapy that scheduled an appointment for me because I have a POS plan. Refreshing to talk to knowledgeable people. See you never Rebound PT.

I'd stay away from Rebound Physical Therapy. Employees are rude and did not seem to care. I have since gone to Pro PT and the experience was much better and employees are much more respectful and caring

Love this place! They helped me not only bounce back after an injury but push forward to do more in a smarter, more focused way. Appreciate the knowledgeable staff and care. I'd go back to them anytime.
