Real Rehab

We had a fabulous experience. My daughter had several problems with her knee for several years. After Brian worked with her, identified a problem no other dr had seen, she did pt for about 6 months. This was 3 years ago and I’m finding the site to give a 5 star rating because this place impacted my daughter’s life for the positive. Very grateful for the expertise!

I was was referred by my doctor for physical therapy to treat Piraformis Syndrome complicated by CP. On my first appointment after the assessment, I was hopeful. The therapist there, Brian was knowledgeable and experienced. He clearly has the skill and the ability to help me and I STILL think this but Brian lacks the WILL or maybe he just does not care. I was taken aback, on my way out when I observed a female therapist sitting by a computer, surfing the web.... totally disengaged while her client was on a machine across the room doing reps on his own. On my 2nd day there when i actually started PT, Brian assigned me that same therapist and she was just as inattentive and LIMP handed with me..she obviously did not want to be there and acted uninterested in helping me. She actually started gossiping with the receptionist who passed by..right there in front of me. I was irritated, I was in pain and I'm paying for... THIS??. Alas, I went back and on my third day. this same therapist had her kid with her and spent the whole session focusing on her kid instead of me the paying customer..that was enough. Brian, this is not how you run a business. . FREE MARKET REIGNS, I am taking my business elsewhere. I want to get better and I will
