Some staff is exceptional, and some act as if you're bothering them.

Super sketchy & very untrustworthy. My grandson did not enjoy coming in. Please do not waste your time or money. The young lady’s who work here are immature. This place is on the news, me and my grand baby have quit going. - J.Tay

I always go donate any baby clothes that I find like at yard sales or in our free box at our laundromat in the hometown because I know the girls in the families need them but everybody in that building are super nice and super helpful I recommend donating to this place cuz they definitely need the clothes.

This organization is a joke. They’re packed full of people who don’t complain about the bad conditions and they like it that way. They only exist to milk money from SSVF and Intecare. Manager always has insomnia cookies or coffee on his breath. All of the office workers are either defeated or faking it for a check. They sporadically take days off and don’t answer the phone. You have to keep calling Indianapolis to get them to do anything. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I lived here for a year and a half with my husband, daughter, and brother. Some of the staff are friendly I will give them that, but mostly fake. We had a closet door in my brothers room that came off the day before we moved in, their people knocked it off track, they never fixed it. We had 2 drawers in the kitchen that had no front to them, 2 weeks after we moved in, never got fixed. It took them a week to fix our central air when it was 100 degrees outside all week or hotter. Multiple issues with the fact that they have veterans living there and they didn't have a flag pole thewhole time we lived there. Operation Vanguard is a joke. No one saw any of the donations for operation vanguard in 2017. I saw people in the community bring donations that were turned away and told to take them elsewhere. They have a food pantry?? Yes, they do, but the people that live there and ask for help with food get told they don't have anything to give them but here's $50 to go to the grocery store. Baeslers donated quite a bit of meat in 2017 and Reach has "no idea where it went". Not a very community or people friendly place unless you have money

They help people who lie and have other people live with them who may I say work and make good money. And live very very well. I seen one of the people they provide a home and utilities and other things ...in the gas station spending a lot of money on lottery tickets. They dress better than most have more than one vehicle ..has alot of things they could sell to pay their own rent but instead reach pays for this person to have a place to live no worries about utilities. And when I called them for help they said they couldn't help my family. :( what a sad way to be.

What a joke they are.. they lie lie lie and lie some more...from the very beginning!! Wish I'd known because I'd never accepted their so called help...came to my door without a mask on like it was nothing ccx all the while I am high risk for covid...then one of the office lady said ' oh you were just delusional " wow I think some need replaced! People that know what they are really doing. People that have a brain. I have no respect for any of you and you know who you are!! And about the food situation, yes they have plenty there but a select few take it home themselves. Haha you are the delusional ones!
