This facility is phenomenal! My loved one was been there since 2019. They keep me informed and have the best staff! Thank you all for doing such an amazing job!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Residents are happy, clean and well taken care of. Rawlins Rehab is not a nursing home, it’s just home to the beloved individuals who live inside these walls.

My eighty year father became so weak after a hospital stay that we could not provide him care at home. Rawlins Rehab and Wellness became his home away from home. The staff was so kind and accommodating to our family and because of his exceptional care my father was able to make a full recovery and return home. We cannot thank the staff and team there enough.

I was at the Carbon County fair in Rawlins Wy and saw a group of residents going through exhibit and have the best time. It was wonderful to see.

Worse place ever and I'm a retired ICU nurse. My mom died within a month of arriving there I don't think the office management at that time EVER worked with patients. They had no nurse of any kind the first 2 weeks mom was mlm there. They were waiting for a recent LPN graduate!. They made multiple med errors by giving her double doses of her medications as they were giving her the generic name of the drug plus the same drug under the company given name The night she was dying the med aide was giving her more than needed morphine until I told him what I did for a loving and he backed off. She waa already unresponsive! They kept telling wveryone dr Jacobsens mother in law was a patient there like it was their claim to fame. Hello HIPPA Law anyone?! When I wrote a review 3 years ago many of the office staff had given the place 5 stars wow.

My mother likes it there. She is well cared for. An excellent staff helps in any way possible. They are very careing.
