Dr. Sofi is a very knowledgeable, experienced and thoughtful physical therapist. Additionally she is an excellent listener, takes all the angles of your situation into account, and moves you forward with positive, realistic and reasonable steps. I appreciate that she inspires hope for optimal wellness, and she believes in ability at all ages. I look forward to continuing down the healing path with Dr. Sofi and feel grateful to be in her capable care! Highly recommend. :)

while nobody wants to have to deal with body pain, having a resource as knowledgeable and passionate about sports medicine and recovery is a godsend. i’ve been to USC, fancy places in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills and Sophie beats them all. A thoughtful and thorough assessment was done and marching orders were given both in person and via an app which includes videos and a way to keep you on track. She’s very good at what she does.

Dr. Sofi Prorok is an amazing physical therapist. Sofi is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I noticed drastic improvement in my shoulder strength and range of motion after working with Dr. Sofi. Sofi is so skilled at her craft that at one point, she worked on my shoulder without even looking. Sofi told me, "My hands are my eyes." I highly recommend Dr. Sofi, if you are in need of a physical therapist.

I’ve been working with Sofi for about year now and she has done miracles to get me back up and moving. I tend to have lingering issues with my bicep and shoulder due to the high demand of CrossFit that tends to slowly break you down with the high volume weight, but with my PT sessions I’m back with full strength and mobility 💪🏼. Your body is your temple, don’t let pain stop you from enjoying what you love. Baraih
