This place is amazing! It has such a friendly and warm atmosphere. All of the staff that I have met have been kind, caring and respectful. They work you hard to get the best out of you with the sole purpose of getting you back to or as close as possible to a place of normalcy! Great job guys ❤️❤️❤️

I love how nice everyone is here. They truly care about you and want the best for you. I had PT on my shoulder for 6 mths last year, after surgery, and now I'm back with them for my lower back. I highly recommend them for your PT needs.

My son started Physical Therapy here! Greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. The Doctor is super professional along with all his employees! Very glad we came here! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The Physical Therapist was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. The receptionist is also the sweetest person. Waiting room is very small but their services makes it worth it.

I worked under Mr Sam and Mrs Paula for almost a year starting out as a tech and later on being the receptionist/marketer for this company and one thing is for sure. I absolutely loved working for them everyday that I was there. The atmosphere is like no other, the employees were great and we made work fun. Our patients were the best part about the job watching them come into our care and joke around with us as we were getting to know one another. Sam is the best Physical Therapist in Alexandria and has the best staff to back him up. They’re compassionate towards their patients and work with them every step of the way while in outpatient therapy. Every patient I had worked with always came back to visit sometimes and tells us how they will always recommend Rapides Physical Therapy to their friends and family for any physical or occupational therapy needs. PS: Thank you to Rapides Physical Therapy, the staff and the patients for all the amazing memories that I’ve made while working with y’all. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Forester and his entire staff at Rapides Physical Therapy. Top notch professionalism and a warm environment to rehabilitate my injury. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes before they brought me back for therapy. Mr. Forester worked me in at the last minute because I was assigned a championship game in New Orleans that week, and without his expertise and guidance I would not have been able to complete my assignment in New Orleans. Also, ask Mr. Forester about his dry needle therapy. It was a game changer for me. I could not thank him and his staff enough for their efforts to get me back up and on my feet again. ~ Justin Kees
