I find this place disheartening they don’t care about your child needs.My son has been in the waiting list for the past 3 years to receive Speech and occupational therapy . After multiple calls and checking his place. I finally got to talk to the owner and she apologized for the long wait and requested a new evaluation and it turns out that my Insurance is out network. I’m so disappointed and extremely frustrated that people don’t do their job my child just missed 3year of care.

So thankful for services rendered at this location. My son, almost 3, received speech therapy with Miss Mia and his progress within 6 months has been like night and day. He has learned so much from Miss Mia from expanding his vocabulary to forming sentences. She always had a great attitude and energy to keep him interested through this journey. I’m sure he will miss her dearly now that he’s been discharged. Thank you Mia for all that you do! My daughter also received physical therapy from Miss Karen. Eventhough my daughter wouldn’t be a happy camper Karen always worked around her and gave me great tips to help her with home exercises. Thank you Karen! Front office/staff (Jennifer, Stephanie and Ashley) thank you for all your help between phone calls, scheduling and checking in and out. You were all very helpful and sweet. Truly appreciate you all.

While the occupational therapist and the front desk was very kind, the speech therapist was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I took my 2 year old, blind child to this facility to seek speech therapy and was met with such an unwelcoming attitude. She brushed my daughter away and stated that she “had never seen a blind kid” before. The way she said this and the way she treated my daughter throughout our very very short visit was dismissive and had an almost mocking tone. The facility also told me that they would contact me about setting up another appointment with my daughter, it’s been months and I still haven’t heard from them. So basically, if you want your child to be seen with kindness, care and compassion, this is NOT the place to go.

Don’t use this place. In my opinion, not only did I find the place to be hectic and dirty, the staff was useless. The owner was just as clueless. The staff called me while in my appointment and stated I was late. The owners excuse is they don’t discriminate against young people. But how about training your staff? Nope that’s too much trouble clearly. The therapist I found to be rude and standoffish including making a statement that something in regards to billing wasn’t her job. Upon my complaint on Yelp, the owner Jocelyn thought it prudent to attack me. Stating very wrongly I wasn’t the profession I am. Sad that she has time to Google me and didn’t even do it correctly instead of fixing the issues in her office. Instead of being apologetic she tried to gaslight by making personal attacks. I personally wouldn’t allow her to work with my kids since she can’t take responsibility. And a reminder, I didn’t ask about billing and declined further appointments because I was that turned off by your business. Trying to fault me for not calling you when I decided your services were not up to my standards is ridiculous. I leave bad reviews for all bad service because people need to know what they are going to get. With that said, please heed this business.

Our experience here so far has been great. The therapists are all very nice and accommodating to my son's needs and support for speech and OT. However, what I don't like is that, whenever I call, they don't answer the phone. I have called at various times throughout the day, same issue. I leave numerous messages and I don't get a call back! I don't understand why someone is NEVER available to answer the phone, especially when you have a question or issue regarding services. If you are that busy and understaffed, then hire someone to answer the phone and take messages. This will most likely be the reason why I will take my son elsewhere because I should be able to call this facility at any time and be able to speak to someone. I have mentioned this to the front office about someone not returning my messages and all they can say is sorry about that... Ok well, that's not good enough.

My 3 year old has been referred with this place twice, the first time she was evaluated and we were placed on a waiting list, the approval time was for about 6 months, in that time we never got off the list nor did anyone follow up with us as any point ( I followed up several times with no success). The second time we got a referral for this place from our pediatrician was about 2 months ago, since we have not heard from them even after I've called so many times. The staff in charge of getting us set up does not follow through their "promises about looking into our case", instead apologize several times when I call and then go back to forgetting to follow up with us.

I’m posting on my wife’s Google account due to me not having one. This is a 5 Star easily!!! The ladies at the front are exceptionally amazing! I’ve been working with Jared for the past month who is a PT allstar!!! I’m active duty in the military and I got injured on my last deployment last year. Jared is an expert in his profession, through his expertise and vast knowledge in his craft I can proudly say he has me back on track with continuing my dream of serving my country along with being able to be an active Dad again! I highly recommend getting a session in with him and be aware his end goal is truly for the benefit of his patients. As much as he appreciates your business his overall goal is to give you the tools to progress in your daily life with the hope of not having to do PT again. Thank you Jared for your dedication to your patients and your profession.
