Rancho Rehab Center incorrectly stated that your payment would be $36 per visit, instead of explaining it properly: "If you have met your deductible, it’s $36 per visit; otherwise, it’s $360." To my surprise, I was billed $720 each time for a one-hour service. Since I haven’t met my 2024 deductible, the billing department informed me that I owe around $2,000 for just three sessions. Had I known this upfront, I would have waited until January 1, 2025, so the deductible could apply to the entire year instead of just the remaining two months. It’s unfortunate that they lack a customer-oriented approach.

They are so knowledgeable and friendly. I had lost hope of a full recovery but with going to rehab for several weeks with Roger I’m almost fully recovered. I’ve been to other rehabs and this is by fair the best I’ve experienced.

Unethical and not-informative My wife visited the center after referred by the Otho for knee pain Got us papers signed that we got Anthem PPO and we have to pay 20% co-insurance. Did not give us our copy of signed paper Red Flag- Did not inform us how much it would cost (20% of thousands?)-Red Flag When asked after 4 sessions, now the op. says why we did not ask that time? Red Flag Very rude and unprofessional tone They actually have a notice board that rude behavior is not tolerated. Does this mean operators can be rude? Now after 4 sessions, we are still in dark ? finger crossed to throw the money away. It is the patient's right to know the financial exposure.

The hospital's emergency room doctor was too bad, and on the afternoon of October 11, 2017, I was sick of kidney stones and came back to a doctor to help me with the catheter to discharge the urine and smoked the blood of my three vials Tell me to take the test. Then I feel much better, the doctor will let me go home, then go to the family doctor. The next day finally on the family doctor, the results of the defendant I should go back to the emergency room to get back my doctor note, and blood test report, so that family doctors can take a further treatment for me. When I ran back to the emergency room for my doctor's note and the blood test report, the front desk of the emergency room was very discriminatory to tell me that although I had come to an emergency treatment, the emergency room doctor did not give me any reports and note, The application for my blood test was canceled by Dr. RAZO. As a doctor, he should know that my next treatment needs to use this blood test report, indeed to the canceled. So I need to spend another day to re-test the blood again. In this hospital because I have no insurance, I feel that they are seriously discriminated against.

My husband had a allergic reaction to something... he was having breathing problems. Dr. Steven Ernst needs to be Doctor of the year ! He was so attentive to my husband and he listened to us. He is a amazing doctor !! Thank you so much Dr. Ernst !! 😁. Even the young man in the ER who took me right back to my husband , I think he seen the panic on my face. Thank you too all of your staff ! Also I would like to say I work in EVS for a hospital going on 16 years and your hospital is very clean !! So your EVS needs a pat on the back too !! Also my husband came through by Ambulance, and I have to say we had all around the best service right down to the 911 operator !! The fire department and ambulance crew helped me put in my phone where they were taking my husband , because we are not from this area . When i seen how fast they got to us and how they reassured me that everything was going to be okay !! Thank you too !! I dont know if the 911 operator will ever see this but thank you for calming me down so i could give my husband the Epepen that saved his life !! 👍👍👍👍👍 Thank you ALL !! You are all amazing team ! We will always be grateful to all of you !! Tina and Ron Llamas

The San Antonio Regional Hospital Rehab Team, were remarkable with achieving the goal to getting my knee to an acceptable degree of range for me needed to be walking in such a short time, tho I must still work on building the muscle up to be completely 100%. It will be a long journey, but with all the exercises that were shown to me, by the Team; Deanna, Micheal, and Kristen, I know I will succeed! Thank you again to the staff and the hospital! Amazing place with employees who go all out for your physical health, I highly recommend this place. I came for a hand injury that left my hand useless but after a few months I was able to start useing my hand again.
