I came 5 min late and they turned me away. My appt was at 4pm and they say they needed me to fill paperwork. I offered to fill it rightaway. They refused and turned me away. They are more worried about paperwork than helping their clients. If paperwork needs lot of time, then why don’t they book the appt for 330pm instead of 4! Horrible customer service! Very unfriendly. Think twice before going to this one.

These people are constantly cancelling appointments with every excuse in the book I don't even know how they have clients, honestly. This is physical therapy not a routine doctor's appointment. The only way for physical therapy to be effective, is if you are receiving it regularly. Having 2 sometimes 3 or 4 weeks in-between appointments, because on the day of your appointment they call you with some excuse as to why the physical therapist didn't come to work, is not doing anything for anyone and the treatment will not be effective. It is a COMPLETE waste of time. I will be reporting them, because this is not effective care nevermind quality.

Rancho physical therapy team each and everyone of you go above and beyond you all really come about the individuals that came through your front doors including the very first phone call and setting up appointments thank you for the wonderful care you all gave me. I yet have one negative thing to say about this medical facility . I want to praise everyone in the office but I'll be typing away and writing a book . Every one in the office is wonderful and caring . As someone who works in the medical filed I tip my hat you all the customer service you guys give . Especially Jo he really works with you and gives you insight on your progress even at a student level very professional and insightful . He is really going to be a good physical therapist. I highly recommend this place for physical therapy. Love the front staff lady's do a outstanding job .

I had to call 3 different times to make my appointment because the employee named Lupita would not check the fax machine for my paperwork and even went as far as to laugh at my reason for needing physical therapy (I have severe upper back pain due to my breasts). The second call she said she would call me as soon as the paperwork arrived (mind you, the first set of paperwork arrived 5 minutes after being faxed, and the second set of paperwork was sent and I gave ample time before calling again and she didn't even check if the paperwork was there and went as far as to tell me "it's impossible for the paperwork to be here, how did they even send it?" and she kept questioning me about how I know it's sent even though I kept telling her that my doctor called me numorous times saying it was sent), but she never called me back. A few hours later I called back and finally got my appointment set up (over a month away from date of making the appointment). I felt completely disrespected and hurt by the way I was spoken to and the fact that she LAUGHED at my pain.

This place has the personality of a cardboard box and the energy to match. You can stop going after your first visit if you want, you will just do the same thing. It may changes in time, I only went twice a week for 12 weeks. It would be a time saver if you just Google/YouTube your treatments.

This place is GREAT!!! I was referred by my Dr and I would come back, even though I hope I never have too. Jennifer and her assistants are fun and make therapy fun and challenging. Even though Jennifer is my physical therapist, the other therapist still talk to you and help you out when needed. The front desk is great as well and greets you with a smile. They even have different sport themed rooms that add to the decora. However, the only draw back is that they do not have a USC themed room, which would greatly help the decora!! Here is the first picture for your new room!

My son was assigned physical therapy here from another facility. He was scheduled for 1 weekly 45 minute session. He was usually done before the 45 minutes was up, each therapist told him something contrary to what the other had said the appt before. There was no continuity or consistency.

Everyone I've worked with at Rancho PT has been awesome. The front office greets me with a smile and always makes sure my next appointment is scheduled before I leave. Kim has gone above and beyond to find exercises that meet my therapy needs and allow me to perform exercises at home without any special equipment. My therapy at Rancho PT has felt like it was personalized for me (not just the standard protocol) and has allowed me to recover. PT is a personal process and a lot of hard work so having people that care about your outcome helps to make recovery successful. Rancho PT is that place!
