John is the best physical therapist that has ever treated me. Not only did he help me get better, he educated me along the way, to help me understand exactly what we were doing and why we were doing it along with the proper position with each stretch or strengthening exercise. He is very good about reading my body language knowing when I am having a bad day and changing up the therapy when needed. Frances is a very good assistant and Marlene is so friendly and welcoming when you walk in. Thank you all for helping me heal.

Vanessa has been heaven sent. She listens very well and ask us questions about how I’m feeling. That is the best physical therapy I’ve been to. Thank you, Vanessa

I got treatment with Meagan after dealing with a frustrating battle of what I thought was plantar fasciitis. After a thorough evaluation and conversation about my symptoms (which were different from my last round of plantar fasciitis) she indicated it could be another root cause - Posterior tibialis tendon insertion. She immediately demonstrated a high-level of knowledge and expertise & provided treatment and relief right away as well as giving me homework on what I can do to get this situation resolved ASAP so I can confidently resume my active work life and exercise regime. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care!

Typical PT approach. Limited therapy at each session. Will take forever to heal if I rely only on these treatments. Have better outcome with private therapist I have found that packs more into each session.

I gave this place 7 weeks and unfortunately it was very disappointing. I went for hip, groin and glute pain. From the first evaluation I notice the PT Dr seemed confused. For 7 weeks I went and did the same stretches and same back massage. No intention of changing the routine and the the pain was not worse but was not helping. The assistance they have to help them for stretches are very unprofessional. They are young and just trying to pass by the day. The other PTs Roy and Vanessa were really nice, but I was getting annoyed that there was no answers to my pain nor not getting better. I only got the same answers, stretch stretch. I got advice from other people to seek with someone with CSCS certification and decided to seek a new PT at the San Marcos location. I moved to San Marcos location, I was re-evaluated, got answers and now I can see a difference.

Unexpectedly EXCEPTIONAL. As a businessladygirl I couldn’t help but notice and admire how the doctor is truly running a great little outfit. She kind of glided between customers and employees, and I could tell she was delegating in a way that was genuine and sweet and everyone that was in that office was just there for it! It was actually really inspiring to see. Oh! and how about the actual physical therapy? well, I am no connoisseur, this was only my second time ever getting physical therapy, but she and her staff were super attentive, and took the time to explain to me what was going on, and the hands-on approach was so unbelievably welcome, and what’s more, EFFECTIVE. Is it weird to say, I can’t wait to go back!

I went there to have therapy on my shoulder. Almost a year everybody was great. They asked you even what kind of music you would like to listen to. And they sat there with you and didn’t walk away and do other things. They showed how much they were concerned about your health and getting better. Megan and Roy are number one on my list.

I am writing a review to express my deep appreciation to Meagan Andrew, Area Director, PT, DPT, ATC. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude toward Meagan because she is the only person who successfully improved my pelvic floor dysfunction. Previously, I sought advice from many physicians who recommended surgeries that did not work. Meagan was the only medical professional who was able to help me! In addition to her outstanding professional skills and background, Meagan is a warm and caring person. She cares about her patients and this is evident in her sensitivity to their needs, concerns, and long-term health. I would highly recommend Meagan, especially in the area of pelvic floor dysfunction.
