My mother currently goes for treatment. The PTs are great - knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff are unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. If the business owner reads the feedback, get new front staff. Pay a decent wage to the workers or hire more workers to help them out. They seem to hate their jobs and the impression of the business is being driven down by them.

Honestly didn't want to wrote this but I feel like I was really taken advantage of. First time I walked in the receptionist is honestly the meanest person. I needed to use the restroom and the restroom available in the waiting area was covered in water and I couldn't enter with my crutches or I'd slip and I had already fallen in my crutches before and hurt myself worse. I asked the receptionist if there was any other restroom and that I couldn't enter because the water and she yelled over her desk there is no other restroom in the whole building and that she wouldnt clean the water. Semi freaking out I decided to try and continue my appointment and maybe get someone to help me . But as I walked in I saw there was a bathroom right there and asked if it was an employee one or could I use it and they looked at me confused and said of course . I was so hurt and upset . My mother proceeded to tell her while I used the restroom of how the receptionist wouldn't help us and they said people who used the pool where suppose to dry off and that she would get someone to help. Despite all this I had fought hard to recieve physical therapy and decided to continue going to that office since there isn't really anywhere else to go to in town without having to wait . But if I could do it over I might have waited or traveled farther due to my treatment here. They are over booked and I know they deal with stress from older patience complaining or being extremely late but I don't see that as a reason to be mean to me or neglect my treatment. I waited more then 20 minutes inbetween each exercises at times due to assistants being spread thin but also not caring or seeming really to check on me in any capacity. ( some even seemed ticked off that I couldnt just remeber to do them myself without guidance? If thats the case then why waste money coming here if they wont do their job ? Ill just do excercises at home) My physical therapist operated on a "tough love" sort of mindset and I felt very defeated and sad at times . I came into one appointment upset because I needed to depend on people to drive me and he proceeded to scold me for being late. My injury already caused me to be depressed and now this ? I just didn't feel like anyone had real compassion . This proceeded for the entirety of my treatment. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because there where some moments of kindness but the anxiety they induced wasn't worth it in my opinion. I feel like I could be given a change of regime and don't feel like they helped me really at all. Most of my progress came from googling and doing things at home and even buying my own tens unit. Wasn't worth the money and honestly I won't be attending my last to sessions since the emotional turmoil isn't worth it and there isn't much progress to be made in 2 sessions. Idk what needs to change but somethings got to give . Maybe because I look very young it seems like I am more easy to take advantage of ? But I am a 25 year old woman just trying to heal from a horrific injury and get back to work . I wouldn't recommend coming here and if you do attend maybe a few sessions then just work on replicating it at home. Not worth the money.

I love this place and highly recommend it to anybody needing physical therapy. They are welcoming and always helpful. I first went there just to check it out and right away I was offered a tour. I signed up with Heather Snyder as my therapist. She is wonderful. I also saw Kerry Whitaker a few times and she was great too. Both are very good at what they do. The assistants who help you work on the machines are also excellent and helpful. I feel so much better and can now move my shoulder without pain and do virtually anything I need to do. I have been released and I am now doing my exercises faithfully at home. I can't say enough about the care I was given here. I hope I will never need therapy again but if I do I will definitely return to Rancho PT !! Thank you all so much!...Jeanie Dominick

From the start my receptionist were nice and friendly. The physical therapist i had was great, really made me feel like she cared to know what my issue was and how to fix it. She was very knowedgable about my back problem and how it may have been caused given my sports background. One thing that really stood out was that she acknowledged my high $30 copay and recommended to see me once a week and to see how things go in stead of trying to offer 2 or 3 visits per week knowing it may cause financial hardship for me.

Update: After submitting to insurance myself, I was informed that I was under “Protected status “ due to my stroke. Kiaser Permenente had me under the blanket coverage by the Foundation and they paid all submitted bills. It is impossible not to get paid by foundation unless no submitted claim. Rancho physical therapy owes me $40 for my out of pocket expenses. Because all employees were dismissed during pandemic they had nobody in office to submuclaims. So instead they sent everybody to collections because when the submitted claims they were all over a year to old. So they attack me. I am still protected status and my signature is worthless because of Kiaser foundation. I am currently waiting for my turn to submit legal documents finding against Rancho physical therapy. Rancho messed up, and corporate wants the money their employees left sitting on the table. An investigation will be started by Kiaser legal. Then I will reap my given rights from this criminal enterprise. This company billed the wrong insurance, so charged me instead and closed entire office during pandemic. Months later they have me in collections and won’t even try to straighten out the problem they caused. They are trying all collection dirty deeds, yet won’t listen to correct the problem. So this company will try to destroy your credit instead of correcting there mistake. The two day I was there they failed to even understand why I was there. They have no idea what they are doing because I had a real therapy with they’re competing PT company. They are crooks and underhanded. Don’t sign the paperwork, they will ignore your correspondence and just send you too collections. My insurance paid, but they want my to pay too.

Got denied service because I didn’t finish their packet in time. I was halfway done and sitting in the office at the time of my appointment. If your “where it hurts diagram” is so important send it in advance.

Had some slight admin issues but all around awesome therapist. I would recommend Brittany. She pushed me but not so much I felt pressure. After my first visit the routine was at my pace. Although frustrating with the admin issues , I don't see myself going any where else. As was said in original post I went no where else for general Ortho PT. Dr. Brittney Fox did all she could until it became evident that some neuro PT would be needed. She then did everything in her power to get me to Loma Linda Neurological Physical Therapy (The best place in SoCal). I have now finished all Neuro PT and second stint of Ortho PT w/ Jamie Veenstra. This place will be my go to place when I have another neck surgery and lumbar spinal surgery early next year. Thank you, Brittney and Jamie and all the amazing staff at this office. My recovery wouldnt have been what it was if it wasnt for you. You never gave up on me!
