PT always helps! Exercises given really work! Very careful not to have you overdo, but very appropriate therapy assigned. Good results!

Dr. Weston Smith, at RANCHO PHYSICAL THERAPY, 24021 Alessandro Blvd, Suite 109 Moreno Valley CA, is very professional, in that, he systematically explained how important physical therapy for eliminating scar tissue, that developed after my full- knee replacement. I fully recommend my family and friends to go to this location for any and all treatment of physical therapy. They are the best in Riverside County.

I have had pain in my lower back for over six years. I finally started pushing my pain with my doctors... tests were ran & I had no idea that I had spondylolisthesis. I also have formidable bilateral stenosis where my vertebrae are compressing my two main nerve roots, causing me problems with my legs. Especially the right one. Two weeks after I started PT at Rancho Physical Therepy I am PAIN FREE! Alisha is so attentive, she Listens to my concerns and address any issues that come up.She also gives the best deep tissue massages EVER! She has gone above and beyond and has taught me the correct sleeping positions and corrected my posture! She is definitely a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I couldn’t be more greatful to her and all of the employees who have patiently worked with me at Rancho. Alisha saved me from surgery and has helped restore my life and mobility! Tried to refer a surgery patient to them for post-operative PT. Sent all the paperwork on 2/19/19. Called the next day to follow-up and was told they hadn't received the referral. I faxed everything again and called later on and was told that they got everything and that the patient would be called and scheduled. The patient comes into the office 2 weeks later and says that he never heard from them, so I call Rancho PT and I am told that they never received the referral. At this point I should have just walked away but it was difficult to find someone in network in the patient's area so I sent the paperwork yet again. I called right after to make sure they got the paperwork and was told the new patient coordinator was at lunch. I asked when she would be back and was told that she actually went home and was not at lunch. So I call the next working day and was told that they did not have the paperwork again. So then I walked away and found someone else, a little out of the way but at least they were responsive.

After being treated at Rancho Physical Therapy for three different conditions, I have nothing but high praise for these folks. From the front office to all the folks that treat you, the people here truely have your best intrest at heart and will do all they can to help you get well. I highly recomend Rancho Physical Therapy.

The worst therapy center in Moreno Valley... Non professional therapy, and Very vulgar and rude behavior in the secretary... and manager, Alfredo Loreto... guaranteed not a professional... and his Secretary Ivette. Non educated
