I am very pleased with the progress I’ve made at Menifee Rancho! My therapist, Lawrence, was competent and kind! All the staff, Tesha in the office and Adrian, assisting therapist, were excellent!!

I had such a great experience here!! Megan, Ranier, and Julian were amazing to work with! They were super attentive, made my exercises very personal based on my progress and what my end goals were, and truly seemed to care about the progress and experience of all their patients!! I don’t think my shoulder would’ve healed as well if it wasn’t for all their awesome help through my physical therapy sessions. I would highly recommend!!

I was so happy with this place. When I attended it. 3 years ago that I returned and paid out of pocket when I needed more PT that wasn't work related. And now seeing if they take my new insurance cause had a stroke and need now PT

As someone w both a chronic condition and past injuries, my experiences w Rancho PT have been very positive, and I've had many different physical therapists in my lifetime. I've 'seen' every therapist at this facility, at one time or another, and they've all been attentive, informative and professional. Even the Registered PT Assistant and the two aides are knowledgable n helpful. The atmosphere here is an agreeably productive one. Thank you Heather, Megan, Chelsie, Jeanette, Kayla & Sammy for great care! Thanks, too, to Amanda, Manny and Alex, at the front of 'the house', who have been helpful in working w our schedules n getting us in for treatments when needed.

I have been there twice now. The staff is not unfriendly at all in my experience. The actual PT staff is very casual. Too casual. I have to listen to all manner of personal discussions and they show little interest in me as a patient. They just run me through the motions and don't explain a single thing. The PT themselves are knowledgeable but really only do their job at minimum best and in no way whatsoever are they there to get you better if you have a chronic condition. They just run you through and wait for you to return over and over in the future since they don't want to help cure you, just keep you coming back. I'm not naming names, I'm just saying, if you have a chronic condition and need someone to actually figure out what is wrong and help you while setting you up to help yourself going forward, then this is NOT your place to go. I was referred to another place by my insurance, It's Physical Therapy of Menifee and I didn't want to go because I consider PT a waste of my precious time. But I had to in order to get further treatment. So I went and I about fell over. This guy spent almost 2 hours with me. Carefully asked me questions, did some tests on me by pushing and pulling limbs, having me stretch certain ways and checking my spine. Then spent time explaining my actual problem and telling me how I was going to get better. He gave me instructions to start a certain heating pad treatment right away and I am looking forward to going back. After 10 years of extremely bad chronic pain in my back... I have hope for the first time. So don't bother with Rancho. It's like eating a cold chicken nugget when PT of Menifee is like a 100% grass-fed piece of juicy steak!

I was excited to start PT after breaking my wrist at work. Worksmans comp is a night mare. I made it 6 minutes after my appointment time rushing from work and getting stuck in school traffic. I was on time well under the cancelation policy. The excuse that they are with another patient didn't make any sense. You can totally tell that they were waiting to leave early because it's a Friday. I have to go through workmans comp to get another referral for somewhere else because I don't want to be treated at this place. Let's hope they don't try to charge me for the visit because I didn't get one and I was on time within the policy. I'll update this if I do and will put them in contact with my attorney.

Was recommended to go here for a worker's comp issue, the staff was very friendly, and my provider, Heather, did a both excellent, and professional job; she analyzed what the problem was pretty much immediately, told me what it was, and the exercises to fix it, Heather also sent me PDFs detailing the movements as well as videos. I felt extremely well taken care of, and it's a darn shame that she had to take on this place with bad reviews under previous management.
