Rancho Physical Therapy

This is the worst place! No one returns phones! Two month ago went to my first appointment. I was told by the the therapist that they were gonna submit for more therapy. And to wait for a phone, call back from them. I received my information from enda.That it was accepted two months ago, and they still have not scheduled any of my appointments.I've called multiple times. They just sent me a bill 5 dollars Through a text, never received a bill in the mail. I've called like leaving messages for a copy of the bill.Also to schedule my appointments and no one ever returns phone calls. This is the worst therapid place to go to!

I had an exceptional experience at this physical therapy center. Chad, one of the therapists, was incredibly knowledgeable and well-informed. His expertise shone through during each session, as he not only guided me through exercises but also took the time to explain the science behind them. His ability to break down complex concepts into understandable terms was impressive. Chad's dedication and personalized approach truly made a difference in my recovery journey. The entire staff was friendly, and the facility was well-equipped, creating a positive environment for healing. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch care and guidance in their physical therapy journey.

very good care is given here. I am very pleased with the progress I made thanks to the excellent therapists. I was able to avoid a horrible back surgery thanks to excellent physical therapy.

The physical therapists are wonderful. They worked with me after my accident damaged my back and neck. The issue I had with this place was that I was called 13 times yesterday within a minute and when I called back the receptionist Amber said I missed an appointment. It was an appointment that I had canceled last week due to work so I couldn’t have missed it. I had spoken with the other receptionist, canceled the appointment, and made one for Monday Nov. 22. Amber told me I still missed the appointment and they wouldn’t see me again. She proceeded to tell me I have no more appointments and hung up on me. I’ve worked over 3 years in customer service and have never hung up a customer or spoken to them so abruptly. I still need several weeks of therapy that I now can’t get from this facility. Though I liked the therapists, I will not come back or recommend them to others.

The physical therapists and everyone actually in patient care are amazing and cared for my mother very well. The receptionists are so incredibly rude. I think her name is Misty or something. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but not only was she rude, crass, dismissive and interrupting my mom, but I noticed in the other appointments she was rude to everyone. I was just sitting in the waiting room listening to everyone come in and she just had an attitude. There’s no need to speak rudely that way to people that aren’t even bringing any problems. Oh and as a pregnant woman left that she was speaking rudely to, the receptionists spoke ill of her and laughed when she walked out. They’re bringing anguish and stress to peoples recovery process right from the jump. The people in the back are awesome tho.

They are very attentive and skilled here. I am making rapid progress thanks to them. They even have a small warm pool (I haven't used it yet). I'm already walking better, and the knee doesn't feel as strange since I got the immobilizer off my knee last month after a tibial plateau fracture. They don't cause me pain - a bit of achiness is expected, but they won't let me hurt.

Great friendly staff and if you want to get better you must do what is asked of you!! I'm here for rotater cuff surgery and I'm getting better every day! Because I follow their instructions and do what I'm told to do!! Very satisfied with this therapy office!!!

The receptionist SIERRA was very RUDE & disrespectful. I will never come to this place again!
