The doctors and staff really make sure that you're getting the best care possible. With everything else I had going on during my recovery, I knew that I didn't have to worry about my physical therapy. They had me covered. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet

I have not had a great experience with previous PT places in Fallbrook. This location and the entire staff are patient focused and are very attentive to ensuring the patient receives excellent treatment plan for their injury along with scheduled times to see the therapist. I felt my needs were meet extremely well. They contacted me within a couple of days of my specialist sending them the referral. The front office is friendly and greets you by first name when you arrive. The therapists are friendly and ensure you comfort level is first priority. I am very happy with my team and happy to report that my injury is healing. All the best, Connie

I can't say if the doctors or pt here are any good because the customer service was so poor I didn't ever get to make an appointment. Faxed PT script 2x, said they never got it. Told me I could bring it in by hand, but wouldn't make an appointment.

I am a patient here being treated for my knee injury and i can honestly say this has been a great experience! The front office Ivonne is funny and really kind, knows her job well! As for the back office the aids are very attentive and the PTA Taylor is hilarious and makes the sessions go by quick. Very knowledgeable staff, would 100% recommend!

The therapists are great but totally overworked. The ratio of clients to therapists means you will get attention when you begin, but then you just come in and do your routine with little supervision. The purpose of going to PT rather than a gym is so you can have someone show you the exercises, or assist you, and be there to ensure you are doing them correctly. I gave them 2 stars because I like the therapists... not the company!

I have nothing but praise for Rancho Physical Therapy and its' employees in Fallbrook, California. I have had treatment there over the past few years for various conditions and have always had wonderful and professional care, in comfortable surroundings. Currently, I am receiving treatment to help me walk again, after having major reconstructive surgery on my foot. Chris Kaplan & his entire staff, are kind, patient, and are very knowledgeable, and I always feel they have only my best interests in mind. Chris communicates regularly with my surgeon to give him updates on my progress, and to discuss any suggested new therapy treatments, that might help expedite my healing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs physical therapy on ANY part of the body, no matter what age. I also love the fact that there is a workout gym there, with up-to-date equipment, so my husband can exercise while waiting for me, taking advantage of our Silver Sneakers insurance program. I give this a truly thumb's up rating.

My doctor sent me to Rancho PT for 10 sessions. I used 9 of the 10, then got busy with Covid related issues. For months, the office kept calling me to use my last session, saying I still had one remaining. Finally I did use it. Now I'm receiving collection letters because it turns out that I didn't have one remaining through my insurance. Why continue to tell me I have one left when it isn't true? Very unethical sales tactic.

Horrible place with absolutely no compassion for sick people! I have glioblastoma multiform brain cancer my Doctor Edward McClay in Escondido referred me there for physical therapy and an exercise program and the unprofessional receptionists in the Fallbrook office denied me claiming I was trying to get a free gym membership absolutely ludicrous I tried reaching the so called owners on 5 different occasions over several weeks begging the receptionist to Please have the owners call me completely mortified and humiliated from such unprofessional treatment! After several weeks still no reply! When i was first diagnosed I was told I had 6 months to live! I'm alive after 18 months rehabilitation was my last part of my battle to conquer and this business just shot me down......very hurtful! Please do not trust these owners or therapists they are only out to help elderly with great insurance and money in their pockets! Also they would bill my insurance after doing absolutely nothing to help me with my severe bone and muscle aches and pains from the oral chemo I am currently on! 5 minute deep tissue massage and out the door then bill my insurance!!!!! These people have got to be stopped!
