I'd have given 1/2 a star if I could. Total waste of your time, should be out of business soon. The admin staff is nice when and if you can get them. You call and regardless of what department you need it defaults to Elizabeth (probably a fake name) in Billing = Guaranteed NO ONE will call you back. I went there 3 times not once did I see the MD but instead Erik the PA who wants to run all kinds of tests on you immediately. If you have a HMO, authorizations are sent out without your knowledge of approval and then admin staff expects you to know that this was done and to follow-up. The PA was insulting by telling me at "my advanced age", I'm 65. Don't go there if you need or want to have a doctor you can reach.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I called multiple times to make an appointment/refill a prescription and the reception never does it. It has been a reacurring issue, where I call to refill a prescribed medication and the reception acts so annoyed, as it isn't her job to help out patients. The receptionist then tell me that she put in the order but when I call Walgreen a day later they say they never received anything. This had occurred 4x already, it had gotten to the point where I was calling 3 times a day for a week to get my medication. Don't even get me started on the doctors here. They act as if me coming in to get help is an inconvenience to them. My doctor would try to get me to finish the appointment as fast as possible without thoroughly explaining things and when I ask questions they look annoyed. When I scheduled a very important appointment that I was waiting for for 2 months the doctor tried to cancel it and push my appointment back another month. Overall TERRIBLE experience for the past 2 years

Horrible service DO NOT GO HERE. This group has gone completely down the drain in the past year. I have been a patient for 6 years but since my primary moved on and they moved offices the level of patient care has dropped to nil. They will not pick up the phone and they will not return voice mails. This necessitated that I move to another physician's practice. The lack of professionalism is so bad that I had to file a complaint with the Medical Board of CA and they are currently investigating. Take if from an ex-patient do not waste your time with this office go to another that is responsive.

I called to make an appointment while driving towards the medical facility, and it was faster for me to drive 60 plus miles than for the staff to answer the phone. Upon arrival, the front desk gave me a number to call. We put it to the test, and the phone ringer was off. It's no wonder no one answered the phone. Perhaps management should review the patients' experience , find the failures in the process, and make modifications to improve the patient experience. This will have positive results. More happy patients usually mean more revenue for the company. The facility also lacks housekeeping. The floors are dirty. Trash cans are full of debris. I believe patients visit the facility in the hope of not contracting additional illnesses. Clean facility attracts good reviews, which should result in additional patients and more revenue for the company. Management, please take the time to do inspections on the facility you manage and improve the patient experience.

they never return calls and never answer. receptionists are always rude and have an attitude. have some issues with a few doctors over the years. after not only stating I did not want a religious doctor they not only gave me one but she believed I didn't need therapy and a psychologist to help with my depression and anxiety but offer a Christian youth group instead this was around 2018/2019.

My family and I have been fortunate to receive medical care from this facility for over a decade. It has change name and location several times but the care and integrity has been maintained. I was afraid that with the extensión of services and the new state-of-the-art facility the personal services would be compromised, but it was actually improved. Neighborhood Healthcare really feels like a place I am trust for our medical needs. Alan Valenzuela, the Nurce practitioner, than My family and I trust with our lives, is knowledgeable, professional and caring. My dr was very helpful i have a great repor that my health is going to get better, they really are the best clinic around .Thank you Rancho Paseo Medical Group you are the best. Not only did you explain all my labs and conditions you added a great diet with it all im finally on the right track with the right doctors. What a relief to know im doing better already. Internal improvements are drastically needed in the referral process. And better communications with patients needs and their questions for understanding. In my profession opinion I firmly believe my 80+ year old mommy would not have adequate health care from this provider location if I as her daughter were not with her.
