Ramona Rehabilitation is like no other.Staff is so caring and my husbands needs are met .Physical therapy program has helped my husband get out bed and now able to stand.Thank you for the wonderful care your giving my husband.

My Grandmother has been in the facility for, coming up on 6 years, and gets the BEST care. The Nurses, CNA's, Administration and Staff are just wonderful ..,.......Your in GREAT hands with your loved one living here.......,My grandma turned 102 this year and they had a lovely party for her. The Activities, Activities Director and it's staff, have her busy with Bingo and other fun stuff everyday....... She's very happy!!!!!!! I went to visit a neighbor there. They were kind and patient with her. The place was very clean and didn't have that rehab smell. They were very respectful to us when we were there visiting her. Great energy and vibes. They were there for the patients. If my family needed to be placed somewhere it definitely would be there.

Do NOT recommend. Everyday for the past week I've been having to call the facility about something one of their nurses isn't doing as part of their jobs. They don't check my mom's sugar on time or give her insulin, falsify glucose test results claiming her sugar was 111 at 6:44am, but when she was ACTUALLY tested at 9:30, her glucose was nearly 600! Glucose does not climb nearly 500 points in 3 hours when treated with medication. They let my mother sit in her soiled diapers for HOURS before finally changing her and when called about why they're not doing their jobs, I'm being called a jackass by Brett Jones, who actually never met me, but says he did. Apparently he's the supervisor of my mom's wing. This has been a daily routine lately at this facility and when I'm on the phone with my mother, I can hear her neighbor complaining about needing a change too. There's more cons than pros here and I would recommend transferring your family members out of here as soon as they're able because this place does NOT strive for excellence they claim to do. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if this place faced several lawsuits for mistreated patients.

I've been several times to visit a friend who is in Ramona. The staff are all so nice. I feel very comfortable that my friend is receiving the best care.

Stayed at this place- I defended My Older Roomate - A Nures’Aid was VERBALLY ABUSING HER- I couldn’t take it & I POLITELY ASKED E IF SHE COULD SPEAK TO MY ROOMIE IN A LOWER TONE OF VOICE-( she was confusing my Roomette even more-AS SHE WAS CONFUSED BETWEEN A WALKER & a Wheelchair … THE NURSE IMMEDIATELY VERBALLY ATTACKED ME- the VERY NEXT DAY - w/a Fractured Back & CANNOT STAND OR GO UP SRAIRS) they DISCHARGED ME- even tried to tell The E.R.- that I could not RETURN FOR BEING SO SICK I HAD TO GO TO E.R 2- times in24hrs in ONE DAY… I WAS TOLD BY THE E.R. Nurse” THEY SAID WHAT YOU DID & THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW!!, don’t Let them treat you like that , he told me.when I RETURNED I was DISCHARGED - it has ONLY BEEN WEEKS , & My FAMILY & I are still 🤫 SHOCKED- THEY DID WHAT THEY DID DID - ITS MANAGEMENT - not the workers running around- THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE W/EACH OTHER ? You ask 1-person they Say Let Me Go Check…No One Comes Back… oR IF YOU NEED TO PRESS FOR the NURSE- - management walks in Your Room turns of the BUZZER & WALKS RIGHT OUT, and Your Left in Yuck!! It’s HORRIBLE!! I feel SO BAD FOR THE PEOPLE STILL THERE…

Stayed at This Place.The Problem is THE MANAGEMENT/ the nurses AIDS run around all day- while the Others walk the Halls- plus the Physical Therapist are Caring & Do Try.. But, MANAGEMENT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES DR.’s tell them Ur Family Members - they’ll say , OH! Yes, but nothing changes. I pray to God I Will aNEVER - EVER HAVE TO ENDURE THIS PLACE - if Ur lucky you’ll get a wet towel in the morning to was Ur face - you ask to brush ur teach … no one comes back.. I was THERE 3- long weeks ( in the HEAT WAVE) NO AIR AT ALL COMING OUT OF VENTS- and I ONLY WAS ABLE TO SHOWER “1 - day . If I Had an ENEY I WOULDN’T. Want Yhem to Stay there…

This care facility far exceeded my expectations. The environment was clean and fresh. The staff welcomed our visitation and made chair accommodations without requesting. Their care and interaction with our loved one was so kind, gentle and and supportive of both physical and mental well being. I left knowing my loved one was indeed in good protective care. Thank you all who makeup this great team of healthcare workers!
