Rainier Physical Therapy

Fantastic physical therapy experience! I found Rainier PT online after not being able to get a timely appointment post surgery with a large PT establishment. Rainier PT not only scheduled me when I needed it, but they went above and beyond explaining insurance benefits in regards to physical therapy both on the phone and when I arrived. I’ve never had any type of medical establishment be so thorough and that is greatly appreciated! Tom and the staff were kind, empathetic, fun and knowledgeable from the get go. Rainier PT is laid back, comfortable and effective. Almost every time I was at PT, a former patient stopped by to visit. This is a testimony to the personable, genuine care provided. My PT script was for 2-3 times/week. Tom told me that two times/week was adequate for where I was at post surgery. That tells me I’m dealing with an honest establishment that is working in my best interest. As a former college athlete, I’ve spent plenty of time in PT and training rooms. Rainier PT would be my top choice of all rehabs I’ve experienced.

I received PT at Ranier to help with weakness, limited range of motion and poor balance. Tom designed an excellent treatment plan for me. The treatment was effective. I moved out of the state and continued PT at a prominent University PT center. I quit after a few weeks. I wish I could find a therapist as skilled as Tom. Ranier PT is excellent in every way--knowledge, technique, individualized assessment in an encouraging atmosphere. Thank you very much for your help.

I have to say I was really impressed with Rainier physical therapy. I was afraid to go to a really big physical therapy place. I would feel like I was just a number. So when someone recommened Rainier I was relieved ! The therapists were really friendly and listened to me and the problems I was having after a stroke. Each miner detail was considered in what therapy I would get. I was amazed at how quickly I could see results! In just a few weeks I slipped on the snow and ice but I didn't fall or hurt anything. That was my greatest fear! I felt relaxed and encouraged. The people cared who I was and what my concerns were. They explained how each therapy would help. And I found that many of the therapies could be done at home with little to no adjustments. I dicovered how much these seemingly simple things could give me a really good workout and even gave me cardio benefits. I am forever grateful for their help! I miss seeing them and getting the energy and encouragement. I would recommend them to everyone!

I was very impressed with the staff including Tom! Everyone was polite, kind and compassionate! I would recommend them for anyone seeking PT help even during the pandemic!
