Rainforest Yoga

So lucky to drop in on a Monday night Gentle class while visiting from Seattle. Quiet, cozy studio with lots of quality props and free mat rental. Bev is a wonderful, experienced teacher with a beautiful way of holding space. Hope to return when I'm back in town.

Here from out of town and took the Sunday evening class with Kiley. I have very little yoga experience and was very sore after a long hike the day before. This class was exactly what I needed! Kiley taught the concepts and demonstrated the poses as she led us throughout the class. The poses were accessible and she offered a variety of adjustments and levels of intensity for us to choose from. I’ll be here for another week and I’m planning to attend again this coming Sunday!
