Rady Children's OT, PT and Speech at Murrieta Medical Plaza

If I could give zero stars I would. I love Radys but our experience with the physical therapy department was absolutely terrible. We were seeing Tony at first and he did not try to engage with my daughter at all. Ever visit he just stood there while I ran after my daughter to get her to participate and I would be the one getting her to do stuff while he would just stand there. Our last visit was scheduled a month away from our previous appointment so we had not seen him in awhile so my daughter was not listening to his directions because he was basically a stranger . He decided to call my daughter autistic and transferred her to a different therapist , Kelsey . She was amazing on the first visit but on our second visit she was acting incredibly rude towards me and my daughter. She did not want to take the time to make my daughter comfortable or learn anything about her instead she would just roll her eyes at me and my daughter because my daughter would not participate. Well we felt uncomfortable and plus she was a new face so it takes my daughter awhile to get comfortable with someone but she didn’t feel like taking the time to work with my daughter or help her. She wrote nasty things about my child on her file because she wanted to take the other therapist opinion about my child rather than getting to know my child. My child even caught a rash from going there because they don’t bother to clean toys or wipe down mats after a session. I sat on the mats and my pants were covered in black filth. It’s very unsanitary so parents be cautious about bringing your kids to see Tony and kelsey. I hope they both get fired because talking bad about a child who is 21 months when your job is to work with kids just shows how much of a disgusting human being you are. Worst experience ever im so thankful that I removed my child from that place.
