I will always have referrals for PT sent to this office. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences and we have completed 3 or 4 different sessions and have another upcoming. Andre rocks. They do have a strict timing policy so don’t show up late because you’ll get turned away, only because they have other appointments they strive to honor fairly.

Impossible to speak with anyone, 20 minutes going through menus only to be redirected back to the beginning of their call queue. So saddening, considering how much money is made from health care here.

I am so impressed by this office. The moment we walked in with my baby on a Friday morning for his appointment we were greeted by the receptionist, she was very sweet. Based on previous reviews I was skeptical and willing to drive further but since we needed to be seen asap this office was available. However, I am so happy we came here. The wait time was 7 minutes before we were called back. Rene was so kind and sweet took us in and helped us prep for the doctor. Dr.Khait was just so gentle and knowledgeable as we had many questions for our preemie baby check up. Needless to say, the whole staff was friendly , I am happy the care was exceptional and we will continue to come to this location.

Single handedly one of the worst billing departments I’ve ever dealt with. The employees are RUDE and have no idea what they’re talking about. The my chart app does not match up with the billing department so the billing department representative act like you’re wrong about your statements.

I was there yesterday for two hours at the orthopedic department. We were the last one and I had an appointment at 3pm by the time I was done all the staff left with out provided us with lab work document. I call this morning and I was on hold for ever until some one answers and asked me to hold and she hung up me I’m beyond upset !!! No pain meds for my child nothing !!! Staffing downstairs shouldn’t leave when there is a patient in a room.

I have been trying to get my daughter's records to this branch for a month because the doctor refuses to see her without it and have been met with unhelpful staff here at every turn. - I have been left on hold for an hour just to be sent back and forth between Medical Records and Urology and be hung up on. - I have been ignored by staff while trying to get them to fax the Release of Records to our old hospital. -I had to argue with one of the nurses to even give me the form I needed just because we showed up half an hour before closing and they wanted to leave already. Please, save yourselves the aggravation and just find a more organized hospital. Or just try not to show up between 11 am - 1 pm or before closing. And try not to ask any questions that could get you sent to another department.

One of the nurses mistreated our baby in the NICU and the supervisors defended her and dismissed us. We witnessed the behavior. They do not document what goes on in the NICU. They also misplaced our baby's paperwork and gave us another baby's. When threatened with legal action our child was miraculously well enough to go home. Awful, traumatic experience.

Have not had an appointment where they are running on time. Have had a minimum of 90 minute wait past my appointment time at least every time. When I spoke to the Office manager, to offer suggestions on calling parents when running behind or scheduling differently, they said the doctors would rather us wait on them then they wait on us if they catch up. They schedule too many patients in a day and don't care about patients.
