Dr.Smith is so knowledgeable and personable! She helped me overcome an injury that I had struggled with for months. I can finally work out again pain free! She is great at recommending supplements and at-home exercises. She makes you feel very comfortable, like you are getting advice from a friend. Highly recommend!

I chose to work with Dr. Amanda originally to address a nagging knee problem. Turns out, at least in my case, that nagging knee came about from movement issues and mostly overall weakness. She set up a nutrition program and a strength program for me that made sense. I also see her for full body adjustments that are super important so I can keep up with a very active life doing the things I love. At 58 I am able to officiate high school sports (very much not possible when i started), lose the chub and have the energy to do life in big ways. It's important to me to be strong and available for opportunities the Lord provides. The approach is steady and challenging but not crazy. Both my physical body and my outlook are transforming. I'm grateful for that. I tell Dr. Amanda she's the best kept secret for restoring health, strength and fitness to humans; even middle aged, empty nesters!! It's true. See you on the field!!
I can’t say enough good things about Amanda Smith. She has a holistic approach to treating injuries which includes dry needling, cupping and massage techniques. She treated my 15 year old athlete son for an Achilles injury and was able to get more movement in his ankle than he’s ever had. I highly recommend using her.
Dr. Smith isn't going to prescribe 2 Advil and call me next week. She's going to treat your injury and show you how to get back to where you want to be. Don't expect to stop-n-pop. She's going to do her adjustments and make you do some work - that will ultimately - help you more than you know. Oh - and don't worry - if you're not an athletic super star - no judgment, just help! Great doc!
I’ve working with Dr. Amanda Smith for nearly 9 months for a childhood traumatic shoulder injury. After seeing an orthopedic surgeon (who ultimately recommends shoulder replacement), I decided to first pursue physical therapy. Finding Amanda was a godsend! My shoulder pain, mobility, strength, and quality of life has improved significantly. It’s also important I mention that I got pregnant during this time and she has been so accommodating to my body’s changes, all while continuing to ensure safety for my baby and my shoulder. Cannot recommend enough!
Fantastic care! Dr. Smith is incredibly approachable and genuinely cares about your well-being. She takes the time to listen to all your concerns and works with you to help you feel better. Highly recommend!
I've loved my experience with Dr. Amanda Smith - her initial assessment was so friendly and thorough. She is really well-informed, has a great "why" behind every method, and helped to offer ideas and solutions to work on root causes, which is really important to me, especially as an athlete and someone in the fitness industry. Absolutely would recommend!
As a personal trainer and stunt double I live a highly active lifestyle and count on Dr. Amanda for all of my rehabilitative needs. Whether that is working through an intense injury or just maintenance, Dr. Amanda is the person I trust with it all to ACTUALLY help me feel better and give me the tools I need to keep feeling good. I refer all of my clients and friends to her. She is extremely knowledgeable and vastly educated. Couldn't recommend more.
