Radius Physical Therapy

I'm extremely satisfied with Radius Physical Therapy in Trussville! Dr. Brian Serena and his team have provided me with exceptional care over the past two years. Regular chiropractic adjustments have significantly improved my overall health and wellbeing, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after each visit.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the awesome folks at Radius Physical Therapy. Layne had surgery to repair ACL and medial and lateral meniscus. She began rehab the day after surgery and has worked 3 days per week with Radius since mid March. This is our 5th surgery with kids and sports and I can unquestionably say that our experience with Radius far exceeded any previous rehab for sports injuries. The personal care and attention they showed Layne allowed her to minimize anxiety from the outset. As they got into the process, she built relationships with individuals in the building that resulted in more than just an outpatient experience. They genuinely got to know Layne and worked to tailor a program to help get her back to competition. As we move on to prepare for her strength test, they are continually checking up on her and as one of the therapists shared with me, “we feel deeply invested in Layne’s recovery and return to play.” Even in the services industries today, things have gotten so transactional and commoditized because of the drive for revenue, growth and profits. While that is the lifeblood of business, the underlying foundation of business is people interacting with people, building bridges to help solve problems and connecting to our community to become part of helping it be a better place. These guys get it right and definitely make our community a better place. We are so grateful for the staff, particularly Ana Steidingee and Bill Serena. If you have a need for services in this area you would do yourself a favor and give them a shot.

I have been to 2 other physical therapy facilities but this is by far the best experience I have had. Everyone in this place is awesome and very professional! There is great music playin while you’re doing your therapy. Anna, Nick, Stacy and Bill thank you sooo much for all you have done for me! If I ever need therapy again I would not think of going anywhere else!

Definitely my best physical therapy experience. I felt lost in the crowded chaos at previous, larger PT facilities but Radius gives great individual care from very knowledgeable staff. Good conversation, too.👍

Radius Physical Therapy changed my perception of post op therapy. Larger corporate PT services I've used in prior years made me feel like a number. At Radius, you're treated an individual - one who's greeted by name when you arrive. The staff is exceptional and their patients are treated like family. I will recommend Radius to everyone needing PT.

Hands down the best physical therapist office I have been to. It’s a professional setting, but also very friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend Radius. I was blown away even with my first visit with Nick.. I knew positive changes would happen here.

The entire group is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and engaged in your care. They are also hands on. Some places act like they are afraid to touch you. I could not more highly recommend them. After having had 12 orthopedic surgeries, with at least one to go, in my life, I know how many PT places work. This is the best I have ever been to.

I had fallen down seven stairs in early December; and sustained a vestibular concussion. Since it was not the first one I’d experienced, I decided to wait to see if my balance issues, dizziness, headaches and other symptoms would subside without seeing a neurologist. Finally, a month later, I decided to see my neurologist and asked him for a prescription for balanced therapy. Unsure which facility to use, I prayed about where to go and debated much; until my chiropractor, Dr. Bryan Serena, mentioned his brother, Bill Serena’s clinic. Reluctantly, I asked to speak with Bill. He readily assured me that he could help me…even gave me helpful advice before I’d decided to see him and his staff, Nicholas Stanton and Stephanie. After one visit, I knew I’d been led (by God) to the right facility. The friendliness, kindness and obvious Christian values /attitudes displayed, coupled with the ease of speaking with him and his staff, was very refreshing. This was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before; and I’ve had PT and OT several times. They’re concerned about the whole client, regardless of any circumstances which may exist. You’d NEVER go wrong choosing this new clinic. I completed my last session today and am so thankful for them and the understanding and help they gave me.
