Great gym with affordable membership rates that has a wide range of equipment to accommodate you regardless of what your fitness goals are. Members and staff are friendly and always willing to answer questions that you may have. Staff works hard to keep equipment working properly. If you are just starting out on your fitness journey this is a great place to find people that will encourage you to stay consistent and motivated to exceed your goals.

I have been working out at the Rac for a month now and it’s been the best experience. They have a wide range of equipment for all athlete's that come there. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. It’s also very affordable and sits in the perfect location in town. 10/10 if you are looking for a gym to meet all your needs

"RAC" "Rehab in Motion" physical therapy! On a scale of 1 to 10, most Definitely the best physical therapy facility I've ever been to in all my years! Five Star Facility and staff. So knowledgeable, with you constantly going over with you what do do, how to do things, always hands-on with you. I give the highest praise to Nikki the owner and all of her staff, they are amazing.I love these people.They are great and I am very thankful..!! I recommend Rehab in Motion the "RAC" to anyone who needs physical therapy and wants to be taken care of properly...!!!

I love the RAC! Physical therapy here is top notch, gym membership is affordable and there are lots of extras that come with membership. Equipment is kept in very nice shape, and there are plenty of different types for cardio and weight training. I love that it's 24-hour in case my work schedule is crazy. Most of all, I love that the staff is so supportive of clients reaching goals!

I paid $150 upfront to lock in $10/mo forever. That was the deal. Now my monthly the rate is doubling and the “improvements” are new doors and security cameras and access to Project X - whatever that is. They should have honored their current contracts and rolled out the new pricing to new customers. The low price was the only upside to a cramped and perpetually crowded gym. I’ll just pay more to go to The Bar Fitness instead…

Customer service is severely lacking. I canceled my membership when we moved out of state, however I was sent a collections letter a few months later. When I spoke with the gym ownership they assured me that it was a mistake and it was being taken care of, however, it has been at least two months since then and there is no resolution between the outside billing, debt collections, and the gym. I have called all three several times and the only one who can resolve this is the gym. I have left several messages since our last contact and there has been no further communications. I was told by ownership that I did cancel and I did not owe the debt, however it seems they are unwilling or incapable of handling the situation. This gym was amazing until I tried to cancel.

The RAC is the best gym ever! My son started out there and now is competing! He is away in college now but works out there still when he is home and on his school breaks. He has competed in 2 competitions so far and won both in deadlift and his RAC FAMILY has shown up and coached and supported him without even being asked. They are the best. We have a competition this weekend in Crestview Florida. Wish all the RAC competitors best of luck and to all of the competitors. Thank you for your support to the RAC members and management hope to see you this weekend. If you have never been check it out it’s a full gym! You will meet friends that become family!!

I have been going to the RAC for a little over 4 months now, I love it here! The manager is super nice and laid-back and the equipment is incredibly comfortable. The tanning bed is outdated but that’s really my only complaint.
