The VA ordered a knee brace from me since September. It is almost February and I have not recieved anything. The VA rep showed me that the brace was paid. The VA rep called the location and they did not know about it (they were like "OMG we forgot" at the phone). Be aware if you do bussiness with this company. If i could give the 0 stars I would.
