This clinic is so bad I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. If you like going without your meds because of their ineptness, this is the place to go. It happened to me twice, where the doctors wouldn't alter or refill my meds without an appointment, and appointments weren't available for weeks! The first time I had a nervous breakdown due to no meds and had to go to the ER (costing me $90 and I live on social security alone.) to get them fixed. The psychiatrist Abigail acts annoyed if you have trouble understanding, and lied about refusing to refill my script without and appointment. Bad news!!!

Dumbest place I’ve ever been too. Tried to set an appointment on Monday, they said they only had one for the next day, cool fine with me. Mind you my bf also heard the conversation. We arrive the next day and I’m told it’s a week away. Like wth is wrong with these people. And I wish I could say it was just the scheduling that’s ridiculous but even the treatment is. I had a UTI and they never prescribed anything or even told me. I had to figure out by another doctor based on my records. So unprofessional and I guess they just hire anybody huh.

My appts with dr graziela were fantastic. Since then it’s horrible. I’ve left messages - no return calls. One cal I had COVID, said so on the message, never received a call back.

The nurse practitioner there named William Salls is being watched by the state licensing department, the counselor named Susan told me. It's a good thing, too, because he can't count or do fractions and he blamed that on me. He kept making baseless accusations at me, he acted like he was going to hit me in the face one time, and he accused me of threatening him when I called and said I was too sick to drive to Questa. It got so bad that the social worker Angel had to find another doctor for me - after he told me my weight loss that was due to long covid looked good on me and asked her if she agreed (I refused to see him alone after he acted like he was going to hit me in the face). It's scary that people like him are allowed to practice and that everyone in that clinic is guilty of helping to cover up his horrific behavior, I'm guessing because there's a medical worker shortage. Oh yeah, Salls also pulled down his loose surgical mask when he was in a small enclosed room with me and the social worker, who couldn't remember stuff because she had long covid. Unbelievable

This is the most poorly run clinic I've ever seen! They are disorganized in such a way as to endanger their patients. They don't follow through on anything. When you report them they make up bald face lies. They mishandled blood. They left my husband in the clinic by himself. Evidently the nurse attending him had to let her dog out, so she left! Its truly unbelievable. We are disgusted by this place.*** Wanted to add this little update. If you report them they will send you a certified letter stating how you were wrong to complain and if you kept it up you'd be barred from using them. We found this incredible. They are the only providers in this area. I'm so glad we are not reliant on their services as we were only here temporarily. I feel for the clinic patients who have no other option. We will be visiting Presbyterian headquarters in Albuquerque to file a formal complaint. We have also filed a formal complaint with NM medical board. If you can, avoid this place if possible. You'll get proper care in Taos. It's worth the drive.****

I went to this clinic specifying that I had nothing wrong and that I was there for my free Medicare annual wellness assessment. I said this to the receptionists and billing person and the PA that saw me. No vision test was done and no memory questionnaire was given to me. They fraudulently billed $492.00. am

A shining example of a rural clinic. I've consistently been able to book appointments the same week, sometimes even the same day, and am not left waiting in the reception area when I get here. Friendly and competent staff that provide crucial resources and help to the community. The dental practice is particularly impressive, it's tech and cleanliness are on par with the office I used to go to in suburban California.

This clinic is so poorly run. If I did not know what I was doing with some medical background, they could hurt someone. I would give no star if possible. I went to the clinic after being ill for two weeks. We decided to do some diagnostics .I called to go pick up the information from the clinic . It took them an hour to hand me the needed paper work to submit to the lab. I went to the lab, dropped off the specimen and waited for their call. I checked a few days later and was told they would call me when results were in. After a week, I went to the lab myself and retrieved my results. They phoned me six days later to let me know theiresults. They sat on the information for six days before contacting me. Scary! I wish them well but they are in need of a major overhaul. The nurse practitioner was great but if her team is deficient. She has a big hill in front of her!
