I did a tour here for my mom and the instant I walked in was pleased. The first thing I saw was cleaning crew come out of the bathroom. There was music playing and nurses singing and dancing wheeling patients by. Very positive atmosphere! The gentleman at the front desk was very warm in greeting us. Alicea who did the tour was very professional and informative. I am grateful upon first impression they welcomed not only my mom but us as well.

Friendly faces as you enter and all the nurses and aides were pleasant in spite of the hard work during a holiday that most of us is allowed to just sit back and relax. Kudos to these kind and caring people! God bless you all for taking care of our family members.

My sister and I went to visit a cousin who has been in your facility for a couple of years. I have been consistantly pleased with the incredible care and concern shown by your staff. The facility itself is always clean. They have excellent activities scheduled for the residents. Our cousin praises the care and concern that she has received since going there. I worked in hospital settings for over 30 years and your facility could serve as a model for others. Thank you for all you do for your residents!

Today was the 3day and so far I am please, I hope as time goes by I feel the same way, I met a few good nurse and person are aid, they were very friendly and caring to my sister donnett room 111

First there is good accountability of visitors entering the facility. Second, the place is clean and well kept.Third, my brother was clean. Forth, the staff is very pleasant and so on.

Facility is dirty. You can see the dust on the walls in the patients rooms. Also there are mice that run around the building. Was visiting a family friend and watched a mouse run from the hall into the patients room.

I been in here a while and I had altercation with one of the nurse she was being to disrespectful. Everyttime I asked her to do something she seemed to have a problem. I’m still here. And they not trying take me to the shower or wash me up. Their always short staff. I mean honestly I could take my own shower but sadly I have to rely on these people honestly I woul give them 0 stars if I could.

Clean, modern facility with helpful, caring, and friendly staff. I always feel welcome when visiting my uncle, who has made great progress in his recovery and seems to be happy there.
