Carolyn and her husband are the "go-to" for my family health concerns. They are both extremely knowledgeable, honest and make sure to address any concerns. The offices are always clean and the gals up front are always friendly. They even tolerate my dad jokes!

I have been seeing Carolyn for five years now and she is the first Primary Care person that I trust completely. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. She takes the time to explain test results, suggested treatments, suggested medication or supplements, but most importantly, she listens. I also enjoy interacting with the staff at QHS. Carolyn Mellette has been my NP for over a decade! I started to see her for bio-identical hormone therapy but after my GP passed away from pancreatic cancer, I started to see Carolyn for all my routine medical needs and check-ups. They're refusing to give my medical records and medical bills to me and the insurance company. It's against the law to hold a patients records and bills. And threatening to send me to collections. But they're the ones holding onto my documents. I e had to report them to DORA.

Carolyn and her team are wonderful. She has been my provider for close to 15 years. Even though I live out of state now, I've been flying back to Colorado to see her. She listens and works with her patients as a team. I'm a nurse and won't see anyone else.
