I have been in and out of physical therapy for 20 years, in different clinics all over the country and I have had a great experiences at this clinic. I’ve seen multiple providers because of my schedule and each use different techniques but all with the same focus and complimenting one another. The staff have all been so kind and so accommodating when I have had to cancel (later than I’d like) or change my schedule around. Would definitely recommend.

I came to therapist for hip pain. I only went once and after two days of home exercises, not only was my pain worse but I also had new pain in my other hip! I came back for second visit to discuss the increased pain with the therapist and she refused to speak with me! Worst physical therapy experience I have ever had and I will never return to this facility.

This is by far the best physical therapy office I've ever visited. Every encounter, from the welcoming women at the front office, Kelly and Michelle, to the exceptional physical therapists, Lisa and Rebecca, has been consistently positive. The level of customer service and patient care is outstanding. Rebecca's bright and positive demeanor makes each visit a learning experience, and I always gain valuable insights from her. Previously, I dreaded physical therapy, but now I eagerly anticipate each session, confident that Rebecca will effectively address my pain. The personalized approach, treating me as a unique individual rather than just a number, is truly appreciated. I highly recommend this office and eagerly await my next appointment!

They refuse to make accommodations for persons with disabilities! The office manager here is colder than a block of ice. She's rude and abrasive, and even held me hostage for over 45 minutes once, refusing to let me leave while I had a migraine, a hurt back, and was trying not to vomit, in order to force me to fill out tons of paperwork then I couldn't read because of the migraine, while my Medicaid ride was waiting outside to take me home and missing the pickup of another patient, because my Medicaid ride did not follow my directions and find my home on time, in order to pick me up and get me to PT on time. She has a lack of compassion for human suffering. I have Medicaid rides due to my disabilities, and when my Medicaid ride did not show up to pick me up to go to PT, this PT facility held it against me as a missed appointment, even though I was in contact with the office manager to let her know what was going on the whole time. As a result I am forced to use the only reliable Medicaid transportation service I have found so far, which uses compact hybrid cars, causing me to hurt my back and neck getting in and out of the vevicles and riding in them. All of this in the name of going to physical therapy to make my back and neck better, so I can get back into the compact cars and hurt my back and neck again on the way home. I am 6'7" and 300 pounds, I do not fit properly in compact cars. By the time I make it back home I am in worse shape than I was before I left to go to physical therapy. This completely defeats the purpose of going to physical therapy. The Medicaid transportation service which has a full size van, which I can get in and out easily without hurting my neck or back, and ride more comfortably, didn't show up because they didn't follow my directions to my home. Now this PT facility is suggesting that I try other services for Medicaid transportation to try to get a full size vehicle. However if that Medicaid ride service doesn't find my home, this PT facility will count it against me again as a second missed appointment, and cancel me as a patient. This facility refuses to accommodate me by not holding the transportation company's shortcomings against me so I can try to find reliable transportation with a vehicle that will not physically damage me to the point that I'm worse off than I was when I tried to go to physical therapy. My in-home care nurse even called in and spoke to the office manager of this facility trying to advocate for me. This facility still refused to make any accommodations. Also their scheduling method at this PT facility is absolutely bizarre. They only schedule for 3 weeks out at a time, and are always booked up solid for those three weeks. They won't let me schedule an appointment for that 4th week out. They want me to constantly call back and try to schedule appointments. I have a traumatic brain injury and would like to just schedule an appointment while I am there at the office, and get it done with without having to remember to do additional tasks. They will not accommodate me with this request either. I left a voicemail message after my Thursday November 2nd appointment last week asking for a supervisor, manage, director of the program, or owner/operator, to contact me in order to see if they would be willing to try to make accommodations and sort some of these issues out. It has been a week already, and I have heard nothing back from anybody. At this point I suspect the office manager just decided to never pass the message on. The physical therapists at this location are actually quite good, however treatment is rendered completely useless and inaccessible to me by their ridiculous policies and terrible office manager. I will seek a new PT facility referral from my doctor for treatment elsewhere at this point. I'm fed up with the attitudes and policies here at Quality Rehab Solutions physical therapy...

I cannot say enough about QRS. I had seen military doctors for 15 years on an issue and no one ever made any progress. Lori saw it on my first visit. I haven’t felt this good in 15 years. Plus the front office staff are simply the best. Helpful, pleasant, and will work with you on any issue. This is the place to go!!

I would very much like to know why my partner came in for therapy today and because of the shirt he was wearing the very large therapist made a comment "you neck wouldn't hurt if you didn't drink so much" Not only was this an incorrect assumption as my partner does not drink but unsolicited advice and incredibly unprofessional. As a medical facility you should be more conscious about how you talk to your patients, especially your veteran patients.

So grateful for the help I receive from my physical therapist, she has been very knowledgeable and kind and the exercises she has me do really help. I've been to a lot of physical therapists who don't listen or understand my needs and this is not the case here! Thank you!
