Quality Rehab Physical Therapy

I have needed PT many times over the past 10 years & Quality has been my go-to place! Dr. Parks is an absolute master of treatments that will bring you to full recovery; this office offers many alternative treatments as well as physical strength movements. Monica loves life & people and is go good at making you feel good! If you don’t like her, you also need an attitude adjustment. And then there’s Dr. David Bennett!! Not only does he know everything about treating the physique, he looks like Ryan Reynolds - with or without the beard! Ladies (and some guys), he’s gentle on the ol’ eyes! (Medicaid covers nothing outside of PT & he’s married..I checked.) Seriously, I highly recommend Quality for all your physical repairs!! The WORST thing I can say about Quality is that they’re just too busy.

This place is outstanding they take good care of you no matter who your therapist is Monica is especially helpful she understands your needs I have had 4 surgeries on my shoulder and all of the therapist understand my especially restrictive guidelines put forth by my surgeon. they never put me in pain challenge me yes which is a good thing. but never anything that causes pain. I probably have another year or so to do in pt due to the severity of my shoulder being totally replaced I am so glad I found this place. Thank you DR Jason, Dr Daniel and especially Monica for being so understanding. Shout out to the rest of the staff also you are TERRIFIC!!!!

An amazing experience. Every session we have brightens my day! The staff is always cheerful and happy to help. They're willing to connect and do their best to help solve your ailment. We were able to figure out what was wrong with my knees and the therapy did much to alleviate the pain and stress it normally went through. Definitely recommend! Cheers!!

My Dad had a stroke last year in which his left arm and leg were effected. We were referred to Quality Rehab Physical Therapy. We could not have found a better place for him. The office staff to the therapist are always so nice. They make you feel like family. They not only worked with the physical side, but they would sit and explain what was going on and answer any questions we had. They had all the equipment that my Dad needed and it was apparent that they take pride in their work place. Quality Physical Therapy had a major role in my Dad's Rehab and getting him back up on his feet. Thank you to everyone there.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I have been treated like family since day one from every staff member. When I walk in every provider says hello and catches up with me even if I’m not being seen by them that day. Dr. Daniel, Dr. Jason, Dr. Heather, and Monica are all so devoted to customer care and are sooo knowledgeable. Each one has strengths in different areas so I don’t really care whose schedule I get put on because the variety in treatment is actually nice. I really enjoy the massage of the afflicted area, STEM treatment, ultrasound, and other recovery/pain treatment methods they use here. Rest assured, if you go here for physical therapy you will be very happy with the care you receive. I’ve had two knee surgeries and fought the military to switch my referral to this clinic both times because I was so impressed with the level of care. Don’t forget the front desk ladies, like Maddy and Cindy- again treat you like family and are so welcoming! You’ll leave this clinic with a smile. 😊

ALL the staff is absolutely incredible! I felt welcome and heard at my first appointment here. Monica really made an impression for me, she made me feel not only comfortable but I felt like she genuinely cared for my recovery. She truly focuses on you, your needs and is fully engaged. Everyone here truly cares, it’s a home like environment and I can’t wait for the journey struggling with neck issues to be so much more pain free thanks to everyone here!

quality rehab has been the best thing that ive ever done for my health, not only is everyone super kind and helpful but the treatments themselves were so incredibly helpful my knees have never felt better then when i was working with them my only complaint and regret is that i didnt stay longer

The therapists at Quality Rehab are exceptional. However the billing person is not. They didn’t let me know there was a gap in my coverage when I changed from Medicaid to Medicare and billed me over $80.00 insisting that it was my fault even though they have computers that tell them when someone is covered or not. I was never informed from anyone so beware if you are turning 65 and receiving treatment by them.
