Dominique has a lot of experience and knowledge on how to treat the shoulder. She follows my surgeon's orders and my recovery is proceeding extremely well. Dr. Simovich gives her practice 5 gold stars. I am very happy I have such expertise so close to home.

My wife Christina gets physical therapy here and she really likes the staff and environment. Highly recommends them. They are kind and thorough.

I went in for rehab after a fall with soft tissue injury to my foot and toes. Staff is amazing. They carefully assessed my level of pain and range of motion. All exercises were explained verbally, in writing, and with a link to video tutorials. At least two of the staff communicate in both English and Spanish. I am now able to resume my normal activities.

Very friendly and efficient. I have had many surgeries with different physical therapist and they go above and beyond to make sure my recovery is seamless. Much better than any other physical therapist I've been to.

My husband and I retired and came to Stuart Florida for the first time this winter. Four weeks into our three months stay, I developed a herniated desk which caused extreme pain in my hip and lower back. Based on positive reviews, I went to Quality Performance PT in Stuart for advice and physical therapy. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of care I received from everyone in the facility! My initial physical therapist, Dominique, and her mom who runs the front desk, were extremely professional, kind and conscientious. I immediately began feeling relief from some of the pain working with Dominique. Due to multiple issues in my spine, I know I was a challenge for the staff. I began working with Dan for the final four weeks, and I can honestly say he fixed me! He was very patient and caring. He took the time and effort to figure out how to help me. It was immediately evident from his demeanor and vast knowledge that he was determined to help me get better. And he did! Thank you all for giving me the tools, medical advice and emotional support to help me get well during my first retired winter in Florida. Good care. A wide variety of exercises tailored to your needs. They give out exercise sheets to take home which helps keep ahead. They are all very personable and easy to work with
