The positives: The owners are nice and welcoming. The staff is nice. They have aquatic therapy (which I did not use). The negatives: This is the Henry Ford of therapy. You are a widget in the PT assembly line. You won't have the same therapist at consecutive appointments. The therapist with give you a set of exercises and you'll do the exact same ones at every session. You'll be packed into a small, hot, humid room with 3-4 other clients. The therapist will shuttle between all the other clients so you'll never now if your form is off or not. I asked repeatedly about dry needling but was consistently put off.

Inconsistency with communication between the head therapist and the schedulers. I am a disabled veteran that needs water therapy. But after attending this institution about 3 times I see that there is little to nothing that they can teach me. But I still attended wholeheartedly. It seems to be about money and how often a person can attend rather than there being any vested interest in the progression of the patients. We see the World As We Are. Matthew is very difficult to work with and projected his emotions the people.

Horrible manager to deal with. Very disappointed since a family member referred me highly so I fought for my daughter to go to this facility. I have asked to plead my case to the owner but since his girlfriend runs it thats a big fat no. others are given discounted copays but they cant offer any solutions to my simple situation. Its about integrity. Noone wants to get involved to really help. I am not even asking for discounted pricing. Im asking to pay for only services scheduled. How is it legal to charge me 6 weeks of appointments that have not even happened because your in financial difficulty due to nonpaying clients. I have NO unpaid bills of any sort but have an x father not helping. What equality is that? None. Your stomping on my rights of an upstanding client. Any lawyers want my case?

I am so grateful to the staff at Quality Rehab Network for helping reduce my pain. Lets face is Chronic Pain sucks! The Doctors started me out on pain pills in 2014. I would wake up each night in pain, after 4 years, I was getting pretty depressed. All I can say is that if you are in chronic pain, there is hope! Give Quality Rehab Network a call and start on your road to recovery.

I found the physical therapist to be professional and knowledgeable. She explained and demonstrated the required tasks. I was given the therapeutic skills needed to complete my therapy at home.

The professionalism was a 10 and they were knowledgeable and related to me the what, how, and why of each procedure. I felt better physically and mentally when I left than when I arrived. I truly believe that they can help me.

Today was my first day of aqua therapy and to be honest I thought it would be really easy but nope it was a little more than expected which I loved because I know this is going to get me going on the correct path, the staff there is really courteous and welcoming always with a smile and happy... and that is a total plus...

Extremely professional therapists. Individual attention to details. Christian, Shannon, and Dan have been wonderful.
