PVHMC Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation - Chino Hills

First visit was fine. There was some hands on treatment, explanation of what to do it home & handout and engagement with the therapist, Jim I think his name was. The next two visits I was left just sitting doing nothing in between exercises. When I had treatments before there was always conversation about how my weekly went was there any progress and pain levels, etc. Now, NADA, ZILCH, ZERO, I won't be glong back there.

If you do not have any knowledge about caring for your body they might be beneficial. It's not one on one to begin with, and for what I pay for insurance I was not expecting that. They have minimum of 2 patients at once and leave you doing the most remedial exercises you can imagine and don't come back until it's obvious with your facial expressions your about to leave. I will say they are extremely nice, but I didn't go there for just smiles, I was post op neck surgery and needed them to at least teach me something I didn't already know or doing myself. The office never called back to reschedule appt, so based on experience did not bother after second call myself, to reschedule. Went there because I live in Chino Hills, should have gone where I had surgery in Orange County. Would not advise anyone to go here for PT, unless you need a great smile!
