I was hesitant going to Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy because there were closer options to my apartment but my doctor talked me into it. Thank God he did! The staff at Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy is top notch! I had a total right knee replacement and started therapy the day after surgery. I was very apprehensive and the team put me at ease. My team was Beth and Sharmi! I can't say enough good things about them. They really care about their patients and it shows. Jeff, the owner, has really assembled a great team! If I ever need therapy in the future I know where to go for A+ care!! Thanks for the great care!

I have to say that this was by far the best physical therapy clinic team that I have ever experienced. Let me tell you why… from easy scheduling with Sandy and Sam to working with a wide range of patient care. My situation was complicated and I felt PT Ashley went above and beyond to ensure time rehabbing time was well spent. With the addition of at home exercise programs that you can follow along with by video on your phone or device you can see and hear how to perform recommended exercises. She is young but wise and energetic but not off putting. She brings well a rounded approach… very knowledgeable and educated with the latest trends for caring for your needs whether you are replacing a knee, hip or dealing with a car accident injury. I would think competitive athletes would raise their game by her services as well. She has competitive first hand experiences she draws from which makes her relatable in ways most are not. The PTA’s are equally knowledgeable supportive and helpful. Jill was a true Godsend supporter when I felt challenged by navigating my care plan on my road to recovery she was there “shining a light”. Comforting and capable… encouraging and inspiring. I highly recommend you consider Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy is great! Jeff and Sharon are a great team, caring, and professional. They helped me rehabilitate after knee surgery, and I will always go to PVPT in the future. Thank you so much! ~Martha

Prior to my knee replacement, I met Jeff and he thoroughly explained the therapy process The staff and the other therapists involved in my recovery were always friendly and dedicated towards achieving my goals. What separates this facility compared to other physical therapy facilities is that it doesn't have that open gym concept feeling. You won't be disappointed.

Ashley Bullers was my Physical Therapist for the last few months for a fractured shoulder. She is truly the best! She spent time to find out what goals were important to me. She knew exactly what to do physically and emotionally to get to my goals. When the Drs spending 5-10 with me to determine the extent of my injury, Ashley was spending hours with me to reach the goal. Because of her years of education, as much as a MD, care, and experience she knew there was something missed in my Diagnosis. It took me weeks and 3 orthopedic Dr get them to take the time to look closer and see she was correct. She was my only advocate in this, the only one that cared that I get my life back. If you have a difficult recovery from an injury Ashley is who you need.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my recovery from hip surgery after following the guidance of the staff at Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy. Their genuine concern for my success, combined with their professionalism, expertise and state of the art equipment lead to my successful completion of the program that they designed specifically for me. I immediately felt very cared for during my sessions. The staff and facility exceed my expectations. I have no reservations in recommending Puyallup Valley Physical Therapy to all my family and friends. I will seek their consultation again should the need arise. I want to extend a heart felt thank you to the staff at PVPT.

With a difficult knee situation before my knee replacement and therefore a difficult knee afterwards. I can say only that John Miller was very patient and listened to all my concerns and related them to my doctor. We became a great team. Front office staff, I cannot say enough great stuff about them. Their courtesy, professionalism and willingness to work with you on your appointments was beyond any expectations. Thanks to this great team I am now walking with my dogs up and down a mountain side everyday. Getting stronger every day and soon will be back in the saddle to ride my horse. Thank you for helping me back to a normal enjoyable and pain free life. Couldn't have done it without you

This wonderful facility was recommended to me by a friend who had both knees replaced at one time. In November, 2018, I had my left knee done and with the help of John Miller and his staff, I was walking without limping and without pain within a few weeks (and no pain pills). I did go to him before my surgery so I could strengthen and know what to do to get ready. This July, I had the other knee done and once again, I went to John. Amazing results just like last time. And the staff there is wonderful. They really care and you feel very welcomed with their warm greetings. It is like a family there. I highly recommend and would go to them for any issues in the future. I am 72 years old and I can now walk like a normal person. Thank you John and your staff.
