I cannot thank Sofi enough for her help with my newborn! He was a csection baby that was born with a lot of tightness in his neck and back. This all resulted in plagiocephaly because he always turned his head to one side. We tried the chiropractor who referred us to Purpose Health and Wellness after not seeing much improvement. We are finally loosey goosey and have great range of motion thanks to Sofi! She is fun, encouraging, and so great with my baby. Cannot recommend her enough.

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and first time mom, I know firsthand how daunting milestones can be. When my 10 month old started falling behind with gross motor movements, Sofi came alongside us and helped him more than we could ever articulate. Within TWO sessions, he was crawling and pulling to stand! Sofi also ended the sessions with detailed and personalized education on how to work with him at home.
