I had the best experience with Sharon. She is so knowledgeable about the body & where pain radiates from. My session with her was intense, incredible & had some pain relief immediately. I left feeling 3 inches taller! I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so impressed with her and Pukka Pilates. I can’t wait to take some classes that they offer!
Fantastic studio, fantastic instructors! I started Pilates about 6 months ago and I'm absolutely addicted. Such a great way to strengthen and tone without injury or undue pressure on your joints. The instructors at Pukka are well trained and the studio/class size is limited to 5 students so you get a very hands on approach. Anna is a great instructor and keeps a watchful eye to ensure proper form. She's also extremely patient and helpful to new students. So glad I found this studio!
I have called a couple of times and left a msg, but no one ever returned my call. The business must not be operational or the owner just doesn’t care.
