I have had a very professional experience with PTG therapy. The clinicians are experienced, knowledgeable, and always on time. Then my daughter turned three and it was all about Medicaid. Jen has to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with for therapy questions and my daughter's needs. Do not expect guidance or grace with Jen and the process of therapy, scheduling, progress notes, insurance, or anything without a rude text, email, or verbal response. This is a family run business. Matt is Jen's husband and the son of the founder, who is the head speech pathologist at PTG. The validity of her testing is something I question because for this place it is all about the money with the owners. The clinicians were all amazing which is why I stayed with them a year. I have since changed to a more professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable therapy group that provides valid feedback after each therapy session.

Highly recommend PTG!! After just 2 weeks of working with my son, he has shown HUGE improvements! They work well with my schedule, and even travel to my son’s school!! Everyone I’ve spoke with has been so kind and helpful as well!! Glad to be part of the PTG family!

If your child is experiencing delays in their development and you are looking for a place that offers positive reinforcement, a plan of action, and acceptance, PTG Therapy is the place to go! We’ve had such an awesome experience with solid communication, dedication, and commitment to my sons success from the set of therapist that are on his team. My son receives occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy with this company and we couldn’t be happier with his continued progress and growth that he has shown from receiving services with PTG therapy!

PTG has been excellent to work with. They have done a great job both with my sons therapies as well as helping me through the paperwork/admin piece of it. I also love that they are able to do his therapies on site at his school making logistics much more feasible.

As a first time mom, to have a son that has special needs, it's very challenging and overwhelming. It's been a little over five months since my son started his therapy session (ST, OT, and DT) with PTG. I would like to commend PTG for having therapists who are so patient with my son and sincere in helping him with his areas of development. My son has improved a lot and is now more engaged! I am very grateful for our journey with PTG team. My son's relationship with his therapists is very special.

We have been with PTG for almost 3 years now and been such a big help on this journey. My son was only a few months old when we started speech therapy and as he has gotten older other therapies have been added as needed. They are so personable and willing to work with you with scheduling, helping you with the resources that are needed and always willing to answer any questions I may have at that time. One of the best things I can say about PTG is the relationships that we have made, my son loves his therapists and is happy to see the them.

We love PTG! They were very supportive in our process of getting set up with the First Connections program. They have been flexible with our schedule and very communicative of changes. Our son loves both of his therapists and they communicate his needs and progress with me AND his classroom teachers. They go above and beyond!

PTG has been a great group for our 2 year old! We’d noticed a huge difference in just a few months, but now it’s been almost a year and the difference in our kids speech is amazing! PTG is great with our daughter, their communication is constant and fantastic. They’re kind, prompt, and very informative on any questions we’ve had.
