Crystal Bryce was extremely professional and very helpful in identifying the cause of my pain. Her knowledge and expertise helped me strengthen my knee to prepare for surgery. Thank you Crystal for setting me up for success!

Crystal Bryce, PT, DPT. I have been seeing and working with Crystal since the end of June. I have compression in my neck from C 5,6,7. Lots of migraines and pain in my neck, shoulders, arms and back. I had to stop working out. It hurt just to hold up my head. Since seeing her I no longer have migraines, my neck has become stronger, because of the exercises we have been doing. She is also a certified practitioner in dry needling which has also helped in my neck and spine. She has a wealth of knowledge in all areas including the do's and don'ts of wieght lifting, and all other sports. Crystal is an expert in all areas of the body. She goes above and beyond, I really can't say enough about her. I highly recommend her to anyone suffering in pain and needing expertise help.

I came to the AiChi pool class with a very sore upper leg muscle, and I was beginning to limp. Within 4 weeks, I was completely healed. Heather is wonderful, and I highly recommend PT360. Note- PT360 again won the Seven Daysies Award from Seven Days news for best PT.

Edit: I should mention I left this appt literally in tears; I feel I was judged by my appearance as I have extremely colorful hair. The vibe I got was they thought I couldn't afford their services or was trying to get something for free(as detailed in Heather's voicemail). After being a patient at both the Shelburne and Williston location for over two years now, I sadly feel the need to warn my fellow PT survivors. This doesn't apply to PT360 as an organization, my specific troubling encounter was solely with the owner Heather in Shelburne. I arrived with the documents requested for insurance approved massage therapy. Before anything happened Heather became hostile about billing issues and loudly argued with her billing department while I wanted to shrink into the floor as anyone and everyone could hear the display. I then received a condescending explanation of how billing worked and was ushered to a room where Julie apologized for Heather's behavior, blamed it on front office staff errors and said "this is a good learning experience for our office". Today Heather followed up, leaving me a sugary sweet message, attempting to finalize billing and schedule an appointment. She forgot to hang up. I listened to the next 4mins of her "red flags" regarding my case. I think her unprofessional behavior was the only red flag around and this environment is the antithesis of conducive healing! You've been warned! Go to the Williston campus, avoid Heather, zero stars.

So unorganized and treat patients like they are unwelcome. Belittle people and do not know what is what

More signs to the building would be helpful.
