Started PT to rehab degenerating discs in my neck. My neck can't be reversed but the exercises help strengthen the area & manage the discomfort. When I started, I had low expectations but Lane is fun to work with even when he pushes you beyond what you think you are capable of doing. I highly recommend PT Solutions!!
