Extremely unprofessional. When the therapist opened the door to see my teenage daughter for her first treatment he had her chart in hand, flipping through it because he had obviously not seen it before we were literally sitting there in the office. After reviewing it (and asking me a lay person what kind of therapy I thought they should do) he tells me that they don’t do the kinds of PT my daughter needs and I should go somewhere else. Would have been nice for a medical office to review a patience chart when they accept a referral, or at least before the patient arrives in your office. Wasted our time, means she has to wait longer for a new referral to the right person, and someone else’s who needed it could have been there today using the time effectively instead of us.

Was a patient for 6 months following a reconstructive shoulder surgery. This place is phenomenal. The staff are amazing, friendly, caring, and attentive. The therapists are amazing and truly care about your success and progress through your entire rehabilitation process. Each and every staff member I now consider friends and family. I can't thank you all for helping me recover from my surgery. Christina, Manvir, and Chance, you all are amazing and I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart!!

My sincere Thanks to Chance and PT solutions, Great place and services are truly exceptional 👌Chance is great person 👍 PT solutions is best place for physiotherapy , I had 8 sections with Chance for my Knees pain , to be honest I was unable to sit on floor or work but after Chance's physiotherapy I can sit on floor ,do all work and I am more energetic 😀 😊 really appreciated 😀 .

Great place. Opened a new facility. PT, Chance Hendricks is very attentive and helpful in explaining what needs to be done to best recover and sets realistic expectations. I would highly recommend.
