PT Solutions of Woodstock

The team at PT Solutions Woodstock, GA, is one of the best I’ve ever worked with, and over the years I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries requiring physical therapy. Amar, Reilly, the primary therapists I worked with recovering from three knee replacement surgeries over the course of 14 months, were empathetic, encouraging, and committed to getting me back on my feet. The support staff I worked with, Braeden, Kaley, and the rotating interns, all contributed greatly to my recovery. And lastly, the women working the front desk, Lisa and Allison, were always there for any administrative support I needed — appointments, billing issues, insurance co-payments, etc. To a person everyone that had a hand in my recovery over the 14 months I was going there — July ‘22 through August ‘23 — was committed to my recovery. I highly recommend this PT Solutions office to anyone looking for top-notch physical therapy following total knee replacement and/or total knee replacement revision.

PT Solutions at Woodstock -The physical therapists and the staff, are professional, accomodating, and personable. There is a veritable atmosphere of camaraderie among the staff and patients. Amar is the best physical therapist I have ever had, as compared with four other physical therapists at Benchmark and another facility who did not attend to my physical therapy needs when I needed therapy for a hip replacement and leg surgery. When I completed a task, I had to summon the therapist to tell me what I should do next. I waited. And waited; therefore, I had just a half hour session. They ended my session exactly on the hour. At PT Solutions, Woodstock, Amar and his assistants stayed with me while I completed each task to help me resolve my Vertigo issues. Even though I had one hour appointments, they continued to work with me past the hour so I could complete the prescribed tasks. At my first session, Amar asked me about my goal. I told him that I wanted to return to Jazzercise. After physical therapy 3x a week for four months, I was able to return. I felt confident that I was physically able to complete Jazzercise classes. Amar's strategic physical therapy plan was amazing. Every session I was given different challenging tasks as I progressed. Amar and his physical therapy assistants gave me consistent affirmation about my progress. Amar also gave me specific therapies I could work on at home. He also emailed strategies that I could complete. I will miss the staff! I hope that owners/directors of this facility compliment the staff and acknowledge their competence and professionalism. And give them accolades in the form of gift cards, trophies, plaques and raises. $$$

I would like to tell of my experience with PT Solutions. I work to arrive a little early so I can be checked in by my appointment time. I begin my workout with my trainer on time. They have me doing a variety of exercises that challenge me and work to improve the issues my doctor prescribed. The people I work with are friendly but firm when they are pushing me to my limits. I am glad to be going here.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my PT. I found the team to be very compassionate and professional. The gym was well-equipped and clean. The scheduling and insurance process was very easy. Kiley, Amar and Erik all took great care of me. Kaley was fantastic in her encouragement and support. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and work as a personal trainer. I’ve been dealing with some rotator cuff issues and I can say that I’m very greatfull for Amar at PT solutions.
