I was so surprised to get in for appointment same day i called. I was evaluated and treated for vertigo. I felt much improved after my first visit. Very friendly staff. It was a little chaotic, as the facility is small and there were a lot of people, but that made it more fun, with clients all talking with each other. Great place!

I have come to the same PT location for two knee replacements and shoulder issues. They are A MAZ ING !!! Highly recommended. I’ve tried three other nearby locations. These therapist truly care about helping you reach your goals. I go to the Wesley Chapel Location County Line rd . Physical actual address is Tampa. This one is my fav. I could go on…. Loved everyone working here! Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. I’ve never felt any sort of discomfort; in fact, Dr Laura made sure to constantly check in and make sure I was getting the best experience possible in every single session. I never felt any areas in which she, and the other lovely staff, was lacking. They are amazing and have great equipment and resources. Moreover, Dr Laura created a wonderful home exercise program that was, in my experience, able to do what many other doctors (both modern and alternative) were unable to. Thank you! Sharing my experience to help others avoid the same unfortunate situation. First, I am in pain, as is likely the case for most people seeking PT. I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment, which is what it is. The issue is that 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment they called to let me know that it was going to be $330 for the visit that day and gave no other info. It was only after I questioned why the cost was so high, when my plan says it covers PT for only a $75 copay, that I was told it was because they bill at hospital rates and not out patient rates. And again, only after asking did they state that if I go to an outpatient clinic that the rate would be much lower. I can't imagine they expect people to know that they are billing hospital rates when the primary name doesn't have the hospital's name and it is in a Winn Dixie shopping center, miles from the hospital. If they truly had the best interest of patients in mind it would have been disclosed upfront when I scheduled the appointment that they bill hospital rates and not outpatient rates. Even if they couldn't give me rates/coverage at that time at least I could have called my insurance to find out as most plans cost more when billed this way. Now I've waited for 2 weeks (suffering in pain) only to now have to start the process over.

PT Solutions of Wesley Chapel has a very kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable staff, and I would highly recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs.

PT Solutions is the best rehabilitation Facility in Wesley Chapel. My experience with this facility has been very good. I personally enjoy working with the PT Therapists specifically Mitchell and Josh to name a couple. The physical therapist and the staff are extremely knowledgeable professional and friendly always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have. I would recommend this place and if given the choice I would come to PT Solutions everytime. One last thing I would mention is scheduling an appointment is very easy and flexible there are days the facility is open late which accommodates people who have daytime jobs .
