Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. The treatment plan is thoroughly explained and no question is too small for them to answer. I am pleased with how they communicate with my teenager. He actually listens and follows their guidance and suggestions.

Exceptional PT's and staff! Everyone was helpful, patient and professional. My Physical Therapists, including my intern, worked with me and gave me invaluable information about my operative shoulder; to help me achieve maximum healing. Ms. Michelle, Ms Nancy, Ms Angela, Ms Nina and the rest of the wonderful PT Solutions team at Trinity Parkway facility, were beyond inspirational. There were times that my shoulder pain was at a level 4 or 5, but they worked with me and continued encouraging me through the exercise process. Now, I need a bit more strengthening with my left shoulder and looking forward to coming back for PT; once the Insurance approves my request. Thanks to the entire PT team, I have made remarkable progress with the movement and healing in my operative shoulder! I appreciate you all immensely! Take care.
