The staff here is extremely professional and courteous. The facility is very clean and accessible. I started here 10 weeks ago. I was post operative with an ankle that had 3 broken bone. I started in a walker barely able to ambulate and am leaving walking with no assistance. I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the fact they were always ontime. Questions were answered and concerns for my well being was paramount.
***Buyer Beware*** This company is committing insurance fraud in my opinion. They billed me $6300 for 5 sessions. When I signed up they acted like they didn’t know the cost and that it had to go through insurance first. They knew what they would bill my insurance but they left that out. Make them tell you how much they will bill your insurance before you decide to use them.
***Do Not Use*** This company charges way too much! $3500 for 5 sessions after insurance. Please don’t let them scam you.
Excellent therapists. Adventist bills an outrageous amount to the insurance and therefore, increases my out-of-pocket expense. I couldn’t afford $65 twice a week. Stopped going. Be aware of your TOTAL cost BEFORE going.
The therapy provided is excellent and effective. Results are real and prompt. Concerned, professional and caring staff.
