PT Solutions of Sylacauga

I was assigned here by the VA and due to my schedule not aligning up with this facility they just dropped me and didn’t do the treatment that was asked by the VA to help me. They don’t work with you nor do they keep good communication in regards to plans they have on your treatment. Didn’t feel like I was taken seriously and more looked at as a number rather then a patient. Would not recommend

Everyone there is so friendly and caring. From the front desk to the therapists, and even the students, the hospitality is noticeable. I would like to highlight David and Zack for taking such good care of my knee and also making me feel comfortable while getting through one of the toughest experiences of my adult life. Zack’s positive energy and joyful attitude helped me endure some very tough days at therapy. It’s hard not to be happy around him. So thanks to everyone at Pt Solutions of Sylacauga for helping me get strong and making the most out of my situation! I look forward to my therapy days because of the welcoming and supportive atmosphere I experience when there.

The atmosphere is Welcoming and Friendly. During each exercise they make sure you are comfortable and well informed. They listen to your concerns and help with a smooth recovery. I’m unable to just choose one favorite Therapist because they’re all Amazing. I will definitely recommend them to my Friends and Family.

The entire staff has been fantastic, from the therapists to the ladies at the front desk. Zack, David, Hope, Adrienne, and Brianna have all been so helpful, patient and encouraging throughout my therapy, ensuring that I’m progressing without overdoing it. Deanna and Emily at the front desk have also been terrific, helping me to keep my appointments scheduled for times that are convenient for me. They are the best crew I’ve ever seen anywhere. They are all consummate professionals and genuine, quality human beings. Endless kudos to each and every one of them!

Super clean facility and smiling, caring therapists who listen and work with you to help resolve your health issues. You have the therapist undivided attention from the time you arrive till you leave. I truly appreciate their helping me. Would definitely recommend PT Solutions.

Best physical therapy in Sylacauga. All the staff are very friendly. Zack is amazing I would recommend him to anyone very caring about your needs and your health. He helps you to reach your goals. Always makes sure you are comfortable with the exercises you do and makes sure your ok before moving to the next one. The atmosphere is very welcoming

PT Solutions is a great place to recover from your surgery or injury. Zack and the staff have truly been great in helping me rehabilitate after rotator cuff surgery. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and if you need them they’re always available. Thanks PT Solutions!!

After breaking my foot and losing nerve activity in my foot from 6 weeks in a cast, my orthopedic referred me to PT Solutions in Sylacauga. I was so impressed with all of the personnel there. They were all so friendly and helpful. I worked with Zach and I have to say he was so very kind and caring. His personality was perfect for what a therapist should be. Always smiling, singing, laughing and serious when he needed to be. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing healing help.
