This office is nothing short of amazing! Jeremy and Tyler are both so kind and knowledgeable. Jeremy worked with my daughter who had a pretty severe elbow break, he is consistent, fun, professional and pushed her to her best abilities. I have witnessed Tyler as well show the same qualities to his patients. I would absolutely refer them for any Therapy needs!

I started over at PT Solutions of Seminole after receiving subpar care at another facility in Largo. I was being treated for post-surgical hip replacement and limb lengthening on the operated leg. After nearly a month of PT, I was still walking with a cane. Jeremy Perales at PT Solutions was everything my previous therapist was not. He listens and he cares about seeing his patients achieve their goals. His knowledge of physical therapy is extensive and impressive and he’s able to communicate effectively to share that knowledge with his patients. Jeremy frequently asks questions about how you are feeling and how you feel about your progress. And he will adjust your treatment accordingly based on those conversations. He will push you to work hard, but never at the risk of injury. He’s also very fit and active himself, which was welcome to me as someone with 30 years of weightlifting experience, we were able to have good conversations about exercise/working out and how therapy plays a critical role in getting me back to 100%. Not long after starting PT with Jeremy, I was off the cane. And from that point forward, I made continual progress as he challenged me each week for new goals and improvements. I am so glad I switched therapy providers. I am incredibly grateful for the care provided by Jeremy and PT Solutions of Seminole.

I CANNOT say enough about this place and all of the staff! Jeremy is AMAZING! I came in seriously worried about my future mobility, due to my recent ankle and foot injuries. My walking gate was a mess! Jeremy worked with me, and was extremely thorough! I’m back to my workouts and running full out after 6 weeks! Half marathons here I come!

PT Solutions Seminole is an amazing physical therapy clinic. They have great therapists with a solid background. They are able to make a workout catered to your needs and help you where you are at. They promote a fun environment that boosts your mood as well as your physique. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physical therapy. I wouldn’t have had the incredible recovery I have had so far if it wasn’t for Jeremy, Tyler and Kyle.

I had a great experience at PT solutions. It was convenient and they always worked with me on appointment times that made it easier with my job. Jeremy was awesome at his job, very knowledgeable and helped me get back to normal after my ACL and Meniscus surgery. I highly recommend going there if you need physical therapy.

Very knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, we felt very comfortable and welcome. I also appreciated the attention given to my daughters needs based on her injury, I feel like there was time and thought put into my daughters recovery to get her back into playing soccer in the safest and healthiest way possible.

After hurting my shoulder my doctor ordered physical therapy for me. Jeremy was the therapist working with me, he was very professional and respectful to me. It was 3 of them working in that office and they all were respectful and professional, I was given exercises do at home and every exercise was explained to me on how to do them and the benefits of doing them I am now pain free and appreciate all the help I received. I would highly recommend this place and the staff.

Jeremey is the real deal. The best PT specialist I have had in all my years. Came in told him the issue, had a goal date that I wanted to be able to move and groove for special reason, not only did he deliver but educated me on exercises I could do at home to strengthen my knees and quads area. He will definitely give you a workout, so don’t be a baby when you go to him. Just know everything is going to go fine. If you actually want to feel better listen to what this guy has to say, he knows his stuff. Thanks Jeremey! Keep being your amazing self, and making people sweat.
