I am finishing physical therapy at PT Solutions. I am very happy with the results. I went in there because of right knee pain due to a meniscus problem, I have since learned that I have advanced arthritis and I am bone on bone, so my meniscus is the least of my issues. When I made my appointment with PT Solutions, my appointment with my orthopedist was still a ways off and I needed pain management. Kevin Lane and staff have been instrumental in reducing my knee pain to almost zero, kudos to a great bunch of people, I can now ride my bicycle. I appreciate the personal attention by Kevin Lane and his advice on post physical therapy. PT Solutions was huge in getting my Glutes and Quads squared away which means faster recovery from knee replacement.

Going to Pine Street Occupational Therapy twice a week has been helpful in the recuperation after my shoulder surgery. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Cindy who is the assistance, greets me with a smile upon my arrival at the facility. There is no hesitation in getting me started with routine exercises before Peter, the main therapist will finalize and checks the progress in my shoulder. When Peter is not available I see Lena, and she too is professional and friendly.

It's really sad that now that Pine st physical therapy has become PT Solutions ,they have really bad phone service. People call and no one is there to pick up the telephone, left several messages and I never get them to call back. An when I did finally get a person to answer the excuse was that they had several days with no phone or internet (issues) so even though I called to let them know I missed my appointment and need to reschedule I wasn't able to get seen because I suppose no one ever hear the multiple voice messages I left them that I missed my appointment. Not very professional for a business not to have proper communication with patients.

I was very nervous and had a hard time adjusting to my injury and limited mobility. The staff at Pine street physical therapy were welcoming and put me at ease from the initial intake appointment. They kindly explained the nature of my injury and the healing process, as well as worked with me closely over many months to help me make progress on my rehabilitation. The staff are friendly and make an injury and hard recovery just a little easier! THANK YOU PINE STREET ! 😀

Pine Street Physical and Occupational Therapy on 534 E Pine St, I am happy I -am now here doing physical therapy because I wanted to workout with here, I’m more pleased y’all accepted me, thanks! From when you walk in you get greeted with a “smiling hi” from Lucy and Nancy as soon as you are singing in. When you enter the PT/OTa The great customer service continues, it’s s amazing. Scott is the greatest Physical Therapist ever. From the first “interview,” Scott started examining me and pinpointing areas that we would need to focus on for my recovery. He observed my movements with and without my ankle-foot orthosis (AFO), he asked if I any pains, difficulties, and did a mini workout to further assess my functional abilities From day one, Scott has been telling me “we are going to start with… .,” because he is pushing me to do more challenging workouts to improve/recover my walking ability as much as possible. Scott is putting attention to every detail from how to improve my walking, how to do the workout the correct way, to how I need a new AFO, or even to challenge myself further. Scott pushes me to do my exercises with more sets or adding obstacles to increase my strength. Thanks to these challenges, my thighs are the same size. But all of this is based on observation of (patients/clients), he evens looks at placement of y toes during an exercise in order to ensure I am doing the exercise correctly. Even when he is stretching me out, he only stretches me as much as I can tolerate because he’s concerned about my well being first and foremost. Yes Scott’s is friendly, but he’s also more authoritative (in a good way), because he pushes you to do better and train harder. I know I need my cane for support, but I’m now pushing myself to walk without it with his support. Stephanie Stephanie is a great aide she does not just give me orders, she starts by talking to you as a person; as she tells you where we’re going to start, and takes you to the next “exercise,” and shows you how to do the workout in a better way. Once Stephanie sees you doing exercises easily, she will ask you to increase your exercise efforts and challenge you further. I will admit at times I ask for extra help because she is very ambitious yet has great charisma. Stephanie’s charisma helps you to continue to workout which leads to overcoming what brought you to Pine Street Physical and Ocuppational Therapy in the first place. Whenever something seems hard for me to do, they will find an alternative exercise until I am capable to overcoming my obstacles. Thanks Scott, Stephanie, Kat, Jas , Lenav, Diana, and Dereck for always reminding me how to walk and stand up, and get back on my feet. Occupational Therapy has been an excellent experience as well. I started with Sarah and Ida, when I was just doing a one-on-one. Thanks Sarah and Ida, for helping me so much specially Sarah, who help me with the Saebo Flex grasp and release mechanism. Sarah took specialized training courses to be able to fit the device for me and to use it to strengthen my grasp and release ability, and I am so thankful. Now I have Dereck and Diana, and Jess. They have kept giving me some tough love, but they have pointed out some posture improvements I was completely unaware of. Oh believe me, it might seem as they’re talking to you, but they’re observing and telling/reminding you to correct or stop doing it. But one thing I do appreciate a lot from Diana is that she keeps telling me I have improved so much, and it is nice to hear that. Derek, he might not say it, but he’ll say “it’s time to bump up to the next level.” Although, now it’s a bigger room it still feels cozy there because they have great people working here.

Derek and Kat are both extremely professional and amazing. Been going twice a week for 8 weeks and i have recovered extremely well and fast. Strongly recommend this place if you have a hand injury.

The front desk staff are very unprofessional, I’m glad today is my last day. In my opinion it seems as if the staff cut out the chitter chatter and focused more on the patient the therapist could send an accurate report to the physician.
