PT Solutions of North Decatur

I spent about three and a half months working on managing my chronic pain with Levi Allison, and while we ultimately concluded I should seek out other treatment methods for now, it was still an overwhelmingly positive experience. Levi worked to address my pain from every possible angle, and encouraged clear, transparent communication on what was and wasn’t working and whether any exercises flared up my pain. He always made me feel listened to, supported, validated, and unafraid to speak honestly about how I was feeling. Thank you to PT Solutions of North Decatur, and particularly Levi, for providing a safe space to explore treatment options for my chronic pain!

PT Solutions is a class act organization with an amazing staff and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Vrunda was excellent along with her staff! She was extremely thorough, professional and caring! I came to PT Solutions after back surgery barely able to walk and left walking extremely well and was much physically stronger due to the various exercises ,Dr. V and her staff had me doing! I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my therapy at PT Solutions!!!! Again , a class act organization! Love Pearl Pierce

The staff and therapist at PT solutions was all great. Dr. Vrunda and Ashley treated me with utmost care and respect. They helped me regain my pelvic floor strength and I would recommend this place.

The Care combined with the Overall Professionalism of Everyone at PT Solutions, helped me to Rehab my shoulder, to pretty much its normal functioning level as before my surgery… I Know I have more work to do on my own, however I am so Thankful & Grateful for the Tools provided to me by the Therapist to assist me in achieving my Goals as I Heal going Forward!!! This PT facility is wonderful! The Physical Therapists here go above and beyond to help your body get back to what it needs to be, and to help you continue your recovery journey on your own. I have gone to PT Solutions multiple times and specifically this location, and I would choose them again. Vrunda, LJ, Levi, and Ashley all had a huge positive impact on my recovery and I can't thank them enough.

PT Solutions is great! Great service, the staff are friendly, they push patients to do better than they were before, and they make sure you’re comfortable with your exercise plan. I enjoyed my time there, so it was bittersweet when I graduated. If I ever have to go back, I’d go back to PT Solutions and I’d DEFINITELY recommend them! *PT Solutions Decatur*

I am absolutely delighted about my experience with PT Solutions of North Decatur. I mainly worked with Levi and Ashley, but also met Vrunda and Joan. Thanks to everybody, my recovery after ankle surgery was quicker than I expected! Don't get me wrong - recovery isn't easy by any means, but thanks to these wonderful PTs, it was as smooth as possible. I am so thankful to be working with this group!

After working with Ashley Kim, my experience was horrifying! Ashley is a horrible therapist and lied on me & said I was aggressive towards her because I expressed experiencing pain during a session. I was totally blindsided by such an accusation. Ashley lies on her patients & I was not treated with respect or dignity. I am a Veteran & I wouldn't refer anybody to this place. They are very unprofessional! From the front desk to Ashley Kim & I forgive her for her unprofessionalism. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner like this before coming here. Be ware of this place. They don't care about the patients. The team leads side with the therapist whenever you try to report someone. I was never asked if anything happened between me and Ashley, only told that she was done with me after defaming my character & Not helping me. She then tried to pass me off to someone else after she refused to help me in my healing journey. I was always respectful to her. The front desk can be very rude at times & condescending when you ask questions or need to cancel. I wish I NEVER signed up for therapy here at PT Solutions at 495 Winn Way in Decatur. The trauma I experienced, is unbelievable; not even an apology! :(. Kaeleen Flanagan was sitting at the front desk for the receptionist that was out and she was very rude and condescending when I came in. She is very unprofessional and she should not have any dealings with the clients, because of her unprofessionalism. She has no decorum and she talks bad to clients as they are checking in. I have never met someone so rude and unprofessional. She scares clients away. She doesn't know how to address concerns or how to fix problems. She was acting very childish and I don't know how she is in charge of the facility. She gives the company a bad reputation before you even see a therapist. Between Ashley and Kaeleen, I need another kind of therapist. Don't go to this place if you have PTSD! P.S PT Solutions said they are working to address my concerns, but they did no such thing. No one has tried to get to the bottom of my co concerns and I will never go back there again!
