PT Solutions of Norcross

I’ve been coming to PT Solutions Norcross for about 2 months, and it has been incredibly helpful for my neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I have worked with all the therapists in the office at some point, and they are all very knowledgeable, kind and supportive in my healing journey. I have worked with Brittany and Jomara the most recently, and I appreciate them so much. Thank you ladies for helping me get back to being a mom to two young boys with more strength, mobility and almost zero pain now. I would recommend this place to anyone. The receptionists are always kind and helpful with any questions or concerns :)

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. I have recommended yall to all of my friends. I came here for help with my plantar fasciitis and lower back pain. They have totally figured out how to help me through my very old back issues. The energy and community of this clinic is not seen elsewhere. They treat you like family and truly care about your needs! Thank you Taryn and Jamara (sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly!) are so amazing! And all of the students bring such great energy! I first need to commend the HR/Hiring manager. To be able to hire a room full of 5 Star employees is incredible! I had a full knee replacement so my pt sessions went on for months. It was always a pleasure to walk through that door and become part of the family for an hour. My sessions always varied so my body could heal to its fullest. I am now done with treatments and I haven’t felt this good in years, no pain and no worries about my knee anymore. I want to thank the best team in the business!

Great place everyone is is super friendly and understanding and caring . Jessica is my therapist amazing and compassionate and everyone is really nice there .i wanted to give an update on here Jessica is no longer at this location she was really good . But I also want to say that Kristin at the front desk is amazing and always kind and polite and then I really wanna stress that Mrs. Jo , Brittany and the two guys that are helpers I can’t remember their names but I wanna say that it’s like family when you come here as the therapist get to know us not only help us heal physically I can say that it’s my pleasure to work with Mrs.Jo she is not only a good physical therapist but she is also a good listener if you need someone to talk to other then your physical needs I don’t talk to many people on a personal level but , the comfort level is there with Mrs . Jo just to have her listen helps so much . I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has worked with me and continues to work with me for healing . I would recommend this place to anyone Taryn , Brittney , Mrs. Jo and The helpers are all good therapist you are definitely in good hands here . So let your family and friends know this is the place to come you will get treated with respect and they REALLY listen to you and they make notes on your process . Your loved one will be happy coming here !

Matt was SUPER and well trained. The ONKY negative that I can say about the entire experience is that when an employee if ANY location goes to another location they should be able to use the computer to print out suggested exercises for the patient to do between appointments. This is not an employee's problem, but rather the headquarters of PT Solutions problem to correct.

Happy every time I have to go to PT because the staff are so amazing. They’ve created such a fun, welcoming, comfortable and supportive environment that makes doing the PT incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Jomara is great. She listened to my comments regarding my back issues and made adjustments as needed. I will recommend her to anyone needing Physical therapy.
